Amazing breakfast! The owners had great knowledge of gluten free and made me my own pancake which was delicious. The pool is lovely and the rooms are spacious with great aircon. Close to the beach only a short 10min walk.
Bathroom and shower could have been better and would be good to have some bottled water available.

The room was a good size with air con & fan and was nice a clean! The staff were so friendly & welcoming and helped arrange a taxi pick up from the airport and also a driver for when we wanted to go to Sigiriya.
The breakfast was great, with a selection of fresh fruit, omelette, hopper and local treats!
Even though we didn't use it they had a great swimming pool which was nice and clean. We walked to the main street which was only about 5 mins to that and the beach.

The staff were really helpful and friendly. The location is pretty central to the touristy area of Negombo, although you have to use a bridge to cross the canal to get to it. The area by the canal has a lot of rubbish and is very dark at night which wasn’t ideal.
The rooms were pretty basic and there were a lot of ants - it didn’t feel completely clean. Obviously there are more insects in tropical countries, but this was the only room we stayed in with lots of ants. They also used a very unfavourable exchange rate for our final bill. Overall, the room was fine, but it was very expensive for what you get.

Negombo nearby had a good range of cafes restaurants and shops
Canal and Negombo beach had a lot of rubbish on/in it. All of us got insect bites
