Quiet location with leafy small garden. Owner and staff all very friendly. Easy to take 10 minute walk to town or get a tuk tuk. Helpful advice on our forward travel and efficient pick up from the airport when we arrived. Thank you!

Family House was the perfect start to my Sri Lanka trip. A peaceful guesthouse in a quiet neighborhood but within short and easy walking distance of the beaches and restaurants. Cees and Chandi were excellent hosts and very accommodating of any requests and questions. The room was comfortable with AC on request (do this at booking). Cees also accommodated my late flight arrival (and delay) with an airport pick up. A generous breakfast is provided. I highly recommend Family House.

The owners were very friendly, they gave us good tips for traveling, good and calm location, we felt safe. The room was clean and is was not humid. Good mosquito net above bed. Very good place for this price.

Beautiful place to do an authentic experience and travel as a local. Very clean and large rooms with all comfort. A very tasty breakfast with omelette and vegetables, eggs, fresh fruit, jam and bread. The family is amazing very kind and human, persons with beautiful souls. We came twice to this place. They help you with everything , rent tuk tuk, do local driving licences, excursions , tours , and safari at very cheap prices.

This is the perfect place to stay in Negombo. everything is close. You can walk to the beach in maybe 10 minutes. It's also close to the city center and the airport. Cees and Chandi have created a great place with a family atmosphere. Very tasty breakfasts are served under the covered veranda and Cees is always available to advise and help. He will always help with transport and give some valuable tips. I had a great room with my own exit to the private jungle with lush plants and parrots. I will definitely come back to this place?

Cozy rooms and the hosts were more than perfect and organized everything from airport transport to tuktuk to bus station. Location is quite and nice with backdoor gardens.
