Wonderful
Nice decoration of the hotel, big bright family room, comfortable beds, very good cafe Hibiscus right near the hotel. Easy to get by tuk-tuk to any place around the area. Did not have time to try the swimming pool, but it looked very clean.
The only issue we've faced during our stay was the noise on the rooftop during the night. Do not know who was that - birds or squirrels or smth else was jumping, eating smth. - it was pretty loud for the half of the the night. May be were were just so "lucky" ))) do not have a lot of statistics cause we've stayed there only one night before the flight. But in general the hotel was very good.

This property has the potential to be a proper resort . Loved the pool , the restaurant , the staff
Bathroom amenities lacking like a hairdryer , proper soap , etc
Felt it needed a more thorough clean up especially bathroom where corners needed to be cleaned . Aircons need to be proper serviced

We booked this hotel for the night of arrival and I sent them a message to ask if the restaurant was open that night as we were travelling with kids but upon arrival the restaurant appeared to be closed due to public holidays. There were dining options close by and it all worked out in the end but if we had known beforehand we would have stopped somewhere on the road

We chose Blue Elephant for a one night stay before our flight and couldn’t be happier! The place is very clean (and the Towels actually smelled nice!) and has a very nice design. The Pool was clean and refreshing and dinner and Drinks at the restaurant great. The Staff was extremely nice and helpful. It’s approximately 8 mins walk to the Negombo beach.

We had an amazing stay at this accommodation! The place was exactly as described. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, always willing to help. Their hospitality really made the experience even more enjoyable. I would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a great place to stay!

We loved everything about this property from the design and decor to the beautiful pool. The property was spotlessly clean inside and out. The room was lovely and very comfortable. The owner and his staff were very attentive and friendly. Breakfast was also great. We had dinner in Tusk both nights, there’s lots of choice and the food was cooked beautifully. We would highly recommend and will definitely be back when we return. Thank you for making our stay so wonderful
