Cleanliness
Room was really outdated, I don’t think this hotel is 4 star hotel, maybe 2 or 3 stars.
Also staffs are not very friendly, didn’t provide help for luggage etc.

It was near the airport.
The staff were very good, friendly and helpful.
The property needs a refresh
They failed to tell us when we booked they had a wedding on , so we couldn’t use one pool or the lake front as normal as the wedding Marque was set up there. After enquiring about the time the music would finish and commenting that they should warn guest about it lack of facilities and disruption due to the event they did however give us dinner FOC which was good but we had booked near the airport so we could get an early night as we had an early start but it wasn’t meant to be.
Kalum in the Lobby was helpful.

Wonderful
A perfect place to relax and unwind as a solo traveller, a lovely resort with huge rooms and two pools. The buffet options for both breakfast and dinner were varied each day and the housekeeping always kept the rooms clean. The gym was also nice with air conditioning and water and was empty every time I went so I had it to myself.

Good cocktail at baracuda!
I booked a deluxe room to relax and have a bath on my last night in Sri Lanka, but the bathtub wasn’t working, which was very frustrating and disappointing.
At the bar, the cocktail was good, but we ordered shisha and had to wait 45 minutes. When we asked about it, they said it would take another 10 minutes and blamed the delay on a busy bar, even though there was only one other table at the time. I also ordered room service, but the food arrived cold, dry, and overcooked.
At check-out, the staff didn’t greet me or say anything—they were busy talking to each other and just handed me the bill.
Overall, I didn’t like my experience and felt very disappointed and found it Overpriced

The rooms are pretty new and well kept. Lots of space for the kids to run around with lush greenery. Pool, gym etc are state of the art.
We were not the only quests in the room as it was infested with mosquitoes and we were all bitten especially our kid. The restaurant food selection was quite poor and some of the food was not well cooked. Some of the staff are not very responsive (not all).

Had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The rooms were big and spotless, and the staff was very welcoming. We loved the big garden and enjoyed the short walk to the beach. The environment was calm and perfect for a relaxing getaway. Would definitely return!
