This hotel is located on the edge of huge lake, the setting is stunning. Hotel is clean and comfortable. We really enjoyed our stay. Breakfast really good. Staff lovely.
Hotel caters for events, so maybe check if there is anything going on before you book. We loved the music and everyone dancing was great fun but may not be everyone's choice

The hotel is located next to the lake. The staff were excellent. Did everything to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. They also arranged a taxi for us he was great. The food was mainly local and delicious. The overall hotel architecture was well designed and maintained with attention to detail. We will certainly come back here when we come to this area again.

Great view on the lake, and the pool is amazing! The staff was very friendly.

Hotel in great location bordering to Mapakada lake. Atmosphere is outstanding. Staff is excellent. Yasiru and the team was so friendly and always ready to help. Try the boat ride in the evening u r lucky, you will see wild elephants in the other side of the lake which is a wonderful experience.
Birds kept in the cage doesn't go with the overall natural beauty hotel offers.

Of the 10 hotels we stayed at in Sri Lanka, this is one of the hotels that gave us the least satisfaction.
It's a simple hotel overlooking a lake. We were disappointed with the service and quality of the rooms. We asked for non-spicy dishes and they were served extremely spicy It's expensive for the poor quality of service and accommodation Disappointing breakfast During our stay hotel were preparing for a wedding and all night long there was incessant noise.

Nice place in front of a lake. The room is very well equipped compared to other hotels we've been to in SR.
We almost had an additional expense for the 2nd bed which was part of the Booking.com offer if we had not noticed it. It was naturally cancelled by the staff.

We loved the entrance to the hotel, the breakfast setting by the lake, the wonderful view of our room and the dinner (lake fish in banana leaves)! The room was spacious and the bathroom was recently renovated. The stuff was extra helpful!
Potentially the hotel can upgrade the experience by adding other activities in the lake and adding a few spa services.

the common areas are beautiful and the food is DELICIOUS! some of the best Ive had on this trip. staff is also very kind
