Proximity to Yala block 1. Beautiful grounds
Cockroaches everywhere. No latch on the bathroom door. Owner entered our rooms before we checked out to clean the room. Owner (lady) was visibly grumpy at having to serve a late dinner (9:45 PM) and cleaned up the table as were still eating

We had a wonderful stay! The family was incredibly warm and welcoming – a lovely couple, with a kind (I think) German lady and her friendly local husband. The property is beautiful, surrounded by lush greenery and a peaceful garden setting. Our room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained.
The homemade food was absolutely delicious and made with so much love. They even helped us organize a safari tour and thoughtfully packed a picnic breakfast for us to take along, which was such a sweet touch.
Highly recommend staying here for a cozy, homely experience in nature.

The family bungalow is comfortable and clean, amazing to stay near Yala. The hostesses are super dedicated, helpful and kind. Was a lovely stay, an amazing experience for us but specially for our children.

Amazing place in a fabulous location. From the moment we arrived we were made to feel so welcome. Nothing was too much trouble. We even had a packed breakfast as we had early safaris each day. Cannot praise enough. Make sure you visit the Crocs before you leave!!!

Set in beautiful gardens with the birds singing and a lake with pet crocodiles. Lovely owners who made us feel very welcome and served us a tasty meal in the evening. Safari organised by accommodation was good. Short Tuk Tuk ride to the beach to cool off.

The place is full of character and I was looked after marvellously well by my hosts. The gardens, the pond( with crocodiles), and the impressive dining area make this a great place to relax.
The use of a bicycle was greatly appreciated as well as the very ample breakfasts. All in all I really enjoyed my stay.

Lovely couple who own this homestay, very warm and friendly hosts. Good room with brand new aircon unit which is needed with the hot climate. As the name of the place says it is surrounded by beautiful nature and a lovely relaxed environment. Very nice breakfast included and they can also provide dinner too which we had one night and was delicious. Dining area is very cosy and well decorated.
Hand made pond/lake with 4 crocodiles and we watched them being fed in the morning which was very fun.
Great location for Yala National park safari.

We stayed in a bungalow in a beautiful garden. It is a very calm and quiet place you will appreciate especially after visiting busy towns. The friendly owners are ready to give you information and help you with anything. They prepared a lovely breakfast with lots of fruits for us every morning, booked a safari tour and a transport to next destination for us. The bungalow has a water heater, both AC and a fan, a patio where you can relax and watch various birds, chipmunks, peacocks and you can even see a crocodile in the lake. Django the dog will visit you time to time. Take a tuktuk and go to the beach, you can also visit the temple. Several small shops and two restaurants in short walking distance but you can also order your dinner and the hosts will prepare it for you.
If we ever happen to visit Srí Lanka again, we would definitely come back!

It was a very beautiful and peaceful place. Well located if you are visiting Yala national park. The place was very clean. We loved the common area. I would point out the hospitability of the hosts, Karen and Shanta were very attentive and lovely with us. 10/10 :)

Fantastic people who owns the place. They are very caring and make your stay wonderful! The room was very nice and the food was good.
Nice location with peacocks and lizards in the garden. Green and beautiful nature around the hotel. A great place with great people!!

Very beautiful place. Like living in jungle. Didnt see crocodiles in the lake because there wasnt enough water but still saw lizards and birds.
The bungalow was really cozy and comfortable and we got really good dinner.
Also we had safari arranged by the hosts and it was the best!
