The staff here can't do enough for you, theekshana was a great host. Breakfast was fantastic. Had some great french toast. The hotel is super quiet. The pool is at a great temperature.
I've never loved a bathroom so much as here is an incredible shower under starlight.
Stayed two nights. Would happily stay a week. It's quite remote. We did a safari the one day and chilled by the pool the next day. There's a nice lake nearby which we did a 10km run. Was a 5km out and back. Great sunset. Felt very safe around here. In terms of activities.
We did a month-long tour of Sri Lanka, and this was definitely the best accommodation we stayed in.
There's not a great deal to do other than the safari and the pool. But if that's what you want this place is perfect.

Lovely pool, quiet
Rooms starting to look a little shabby (towels etc), when we came down for breakfast the staff seemed surprised to see us- all felt a bit chaotic. Asked for safari pack breakfasts and they forgot. The staff were kind and friendly but overall compared to other places we stayed in Sri Lanka felt it was over priced/not good value for money

There is a need to get an expert chef for the preparation, quality, service and presentation of food, especially as it has a multi cuisine menu. It will add even greater value to an already friendly, welcoming n warm environment.

We liked everything about the property, the bedroom was very spacious with a table and chair to work with. Bathroom is super big, equal size to a typical bedroom. The pool was amazing and it was very clean and well kept. The staff was very accessible and helpful, Kumara and Neranji were the chief members who helped us during our stay. Kumara always had a wide smile across his space and was ready to help any time you needed him. We had dinner at the premises for two nights and one outside. Delicious food!
Nothing- we liked everything. Compared to some other nearby restaurants, dinner was a bit pricey.

Nice, big room. Lovely big bed. And nice pool to cool off. It is also nice that you can eat at the accommodation. Breakfast was neatly provided at 5:45 in connection with safari. Tissa itself has little to offer, but this accommodation makes your stay in Tissa pleasant.
The price-quality and quantity of the food is not quite in proportion. But at the end of the street you have restaurant Flavors where you can eat deliciously.

The property is well placed for both Udawalawe and Yala, the pool is beautiful and the staff are exceptional. We ate here throughout our stay and food was always good.

Shangri-Lanka was fantastic. Our Villa was beautiful, spotless and very comfortable. Everything we needed was available. The staff were friendly, the pool and gardens were clean. We ate dinner and breakfast here, both meals were delicious and plentiful. We would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend staying.

The houses are decorated very nicely, truly spacious and stylish. There is a lot of space in the garden, so many bird species and squirrels just roaming around. A pool was great and we had the whole resort practically just for us!
The only thing that could have been better (and I am being very pretentious here) was food. It was ok, but for the options in the town were tastier and cheaper.

Very clean, well appointed spacious room. Great pool . The staff are exceptional, the level of service is outstanding, brought tea trays to our terrace and we ate here 3 out of 4 nights, the food was excellent and far better than the meal out in a top rated restaurant. Highly recommend a stay here

Flexible checkin and checkout. Beautiful garden. Good location to use as a base for a safari ride to Yala National Park.
Bungalows aren’t particularly cosy and, even worse, clean. When I arrived , my bed linen looked as if it had been used by someone else and then given to me. We were provided with a takeaway breakfast to take to Yala National Park, and the food turned out mediocre.
