Staff were very helpful. Room clean and perfect base for our Safari.
Shower needs attention, couldn't get hot water. Maybe there was a switch somewhere?

The staff was polite. We reached late to the property but they have been kind and helpful to check us into our rooms
They even helped us book a safari for early next morning and prepped our breakfast takeaways for the safari
The property is located in a narrow lane and at night you might missed the lane . Wifi was not strong

The rooms are nice. The owner and his staff are really friendly. They helped book a few things without complaining. They we're very accommodating to help us around all our plans with dinner and breakfast.

The only positive was that they arranged a cheap Yala safari for us, although we didn’t see any elephants or leopards.
The property is very basic and not clean. We encountered many bugs, flies, geckos, and even a frog in the toilet. The location is difficult to reach, and there are no nearby restaurants, so you must rely on the hotel’s own menu, which we didn’t enjoy due to the bugs and many flies around the garden. There were bugs on the napkins, plates and it was not sanitary at all.

The staff was really nice and attentive. they fulfilled all our requests without any hesitation. They even arranged tuk tuks for short journeys we took. Food was really nice. Room was very big and spacious. Highly recommend this property who will be looking for a place near Yala National park.

Peaceful location and friendly staff.
The management has to fix the doors of all the rooms, as there bugs and insects entering into the rooms through those doors and it was a major inconvenience.

Super clean and comfortable hotel. Few individual room/bungalows for the guests. Excellent location to visit the natural reserve. The staff is amazing.
