The room was spacious, the location was great, it was very quiet and the dinner was delicious. The host was also very helpful in organising transfer options.

Katagamuwa Rest is a great place to stay—calm, clean, and definitely high value for the money. The host, Asanka, is very friendly and polite, and made sure we were well taken care of throughout our stay. The rooms are clean and comfortable, and the added kitchen facility was very convenient.
One of the three rooms we stayed in had an AC that didn’t work well in the morning, and the beds were a bit noisy. However, these were minor issues and didn’t take away from the overall awesome experience we had.

Property is nice and scenic. Very natural and peaceful. Staff is very supportive.
Allowed us use of kitchen which helped a lot as we had kid traveing with us, who prefer home cooked food.
It is a good rest house with all basic amenities.
Overall homely place.
The mattress could be improved, not very comfortable.
You may dig deep lying on them.
