I’m very upset and pity to the owner, probably we have booking in this hotel last October 24, but the owner is very rude, when we call her she is very mean & talking rude when she knows that my boyfriend is from Sri Lankan , she don’t want entertain her same nationality, when I call her, she talking to me very rude and told that don’t disturb her anymore! So I call the booking.com to let them know what she did to us, but even call from booking.com didn’t answer! I don’t know why she posted her property in booking.com if she only choose who’s stayed in her hotel!!!?????

The owner's responsiveness is good. They were incredibly friendly and kind. The location was alright, and it didn't take us a long time to find where is was. The rooms were clean, although they did have a bad smell...
It was obvious that the bathroom was poorly taken care of, the toilet we had to clean ourselves. The toilet seat had some sort of, half-mold substance all over. The room had a weird smell, like spiders, or really wet rags.

The hostess was charming, the place is excellent value for money, 100% recommend.
due to the hard water the shower heads are scaled up… just need a good clean out.

Good location not far from the centre or bus station ( although the bus from Ella doesn't stop here it stops 7 km out of town) The host organised our trip to Yala.
We had to turn the water off to the toilet cystern once it was full each time we used the toilet as it leaked. The host told us about this but would be better to get it fixed. Thin mattress & creaky bed. No hot water as stated on the back of the door.

?the lady host is very friendly and caring as well as her beautiful family
? the host didn't try to sell us any safari or excursions, she just sent us warm and loving messages that she's happy to meet us and care for us, she gave us a feeling of home ?

- she said she could bring to our bathrooms toiletries if we needed any
? they gave us a 20% discount for our driver's room
- the hotel is located very close to shops and restaurants

?poor internet connection, almost no WiFi internet
? an ashtray with cigarette butts on the table on the guest floor, where we had to meet some people to communicate, also cigarette butts in a bucket with sand on the balcony of our non-smoking room
? there was a party in the neighbour property, which is right under guests' windows, and they were playing music extremely loudly, at least since afternoon till 10 pm, then they turned the volume down, then someone was throwing up pretty loudly till maybe midnight or something (sorry for the details but it was really hard to get a sleep before our morning safar, we were to get up at 4:45?)

Everything. The location is a few minutes from the bus stop, the family is super cordial and helpful. I stayed one night to visit the national park and the family arranged a visit for a better price compared to others. Another solo traveler joined me and they helped in any way to add another person to the jeep. They also offered a takeaway breakfast to both of us, even if the other solo was not sleeping in their accommodation.
Really good experience! Totally reccomend it
