Parking space is limited. There is no elevator, so we had to take the stairs to the third floor frequently during the stay.

The food was excellent, and the portions were larger than we expected. The staff were very helpful and kind at all times. The rooms were close to each other, just as we requested, and they were spotless.
The door was broken, so we had to move to another room, which was smaller and had fewer facilities than the first one. The signal inside the room was poor. There was no water in the morning, so we were a little late because we had to wait for it.

Nimantha, who had me checking in and out, was the sweetest person, it’s been a pleasure talking to him! Also, he was so kind to let me have a late check-out from the room so that I could gather my stuff after the safari. Amazing position of the hotel if you’re planning a Safari in Yala National Park.

Had to give a shoutout to the staff – they were absolutely amazing! Super helpful and really know their stuff. Whether you’re planning to visit the Kataragama Dewalaya or go on a Yala safari, they’ll hook you up with the best options at very reasonable prices. They even have someone who can sort out your “Pooja watti” for you. And if you haven’t pre-ordered food, no stress – they’ll get it delivered from a nearby shop in just a few minutes. The place itself is great too – clean, spacious rooms with hot water. For the price, it’s more than worth it. Definitely recommend it if you’re looking for a safe, comfortable, and budget-friendly place to stay!

Hotel phone number mentioned in here and google, didnt work. Had a very tough time to contact the hotel management for pre check-in details.
