Beautiful property, really well looked after and has everything you could possibly need. All the little details are really well thought out like having extension plugs in the rooms to charge multiple items etc. The beds are very comfortable and the rooms very spacious, we really felt comfortable and at home here. Waruni is a fantastic host and went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we could possibly need, she also arranged dinner for us one evening at the last minute when we were tired from being out all day which was a fantastic help. The breakfast is incredible, beautifully fresh and delicious food.
Our stay here really was a highlight of our trip in Sri Lanka, couldn’t possibly fault anything.

We absolutely loved staying with waruni and her family. They looked after us perfectly and recommended raja the kindest most helpful tuk tuk driver. The breakfast was utterly delicious and we were very sad to leave.

The place was in a good location with free parking for the car. The owner of the place was welcoming, the room was clean with free standing air conditioning and adequate supply of toiletries. The whole place was clean with ample of room. Breakfast provided was good.. Waruni, the owner prepared a vegetarian breakfast which was filling and tasty.
For the price we had pay for the night, I could not fault the service provided, the level of accommodation, the breakfast etc. I would highly recommend people to stay at this place.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Vista House and would recommend anyone considering staying there. Waruni and the entire staff/family are very welcoming, hospitable and respectful. The rooms are spacious, clean and so beautiful. You can enjoy the view over Kandy from both the balcony and the roof terrace. There is even a bus that goes down and up the hill, if you don't want to rely on TukTuks. The breakfast we got was always delicious and we woke up with the view of the monkeys in the trees. Best stay in Sri Lanka :)
