We liked everything. Rooms are amazing, views are stunning. Villa seems to be quite new/recently renovated. They even have blankets ( not common for Sri Lanka). Hosts are super nice.

The rooms were nice and the view was spectacular. The breakfast was delicious and the staff was very accommodating. The location made it is easy to get into the center of Kandy.
The road up to the place was really steep and hard to navigate.

Absolutely beautiful views overlooking Kandy and we had some friends (monkeys) visit us outside the window. The gentleman that welcomed us was very friendly and helpful with our luggage up and down all of the stairs. Comfortable room for the night . Thank you ?
Up a very steep hill but luckily we had a driver that could get to the top.

Our stay at Beauty Hills in Kandy was truly amazing! The property is located on a steep hill, offering breathtaking views of the surrounding greenery. We stayed here for three days and enjoyed delicious breakfasts every morning.
The staff and the owner were extremely kind and welcoming, which made our stay even more comfortable. The place is surrounded by lush nature, so make sure to close your windows in the evening to avoid mosquitoes. They’re harmless, but it’s better to be cautious.
Overall, a peaceful and beautiful getaway — highly recommended!

Breakfast was really exceptional and seen to by the lady of the house. All 6 of us loved it. Out of 3 rooms, we had 2 big rooms (hence 9 rating and not 10). Beauty Hills is a great property with a lot of wood work all over inside and beautiful art work in the form of framed batik paintings. At least one room had a huge balcony with lots of colourful bougainvillea plants. The property was high up and we had a good view of Kandy below us. In fact, from some of the rooms you could see the Bahirawa Kanda White Buddha Statue far away. Finally, I don't have enough words to praise the extremely good work done by the lone young man who looked after the comfort of our 3 rooms, from getting our luggage up and down the stairs , getting our breakfast all set up in the breakfast room and pleasant conversation. Unless you are staying in a new, big hotel, don't expect a lift but that sort of stay didn't seem ok for Kandy. This was perfect.

The view is amazing and the hosts are super helpful. The view from our room was spectacular.
You have to take a tuk tuk to go up to the hotel. The steep road is really inconvenient when you travel with parents and kids with strollers.

We didn’t opt for breakfast since we had to leave the hotel really early, but the owner was unbelievably sweet — she prepared a traditional Sri Lankan sweet for us, packed it up along with some fresh fruits, and handed it to us for the road. (We were actually very excited when we smelled something sweet in the kichen while heading to the terrace and then she surprised us with this!) We also got the chance to visit the terrace, and honestly, the view took our breath away. The hotel was literally up a hill and we could see the sunrise PERFECTLY from our room. Plus, the lake was only a short walk away, which made the location even more incredible. The manager was equally wonderful — they spoke excellent English and were always ready to help with anything we needed. Overall, we had such an amazing stay and would definitely recommend it!
The only thing that could be improved was the bathroom — it didn’t have many amenities and the door was almost see-through, which was a bit uncomfortable.

I had to book Anjana’s place last minute and she was very accommodating to help me! The room was clean and had a beautiful view from the balcony! I slept really well and the stay is reasonably price! Internet worked great!
