Very comfortable and spacious apartments with fresh, clean air. The terrace offers a beautiful panoramic view of the city. The bed is very comfortable, and everything is spotlessly clean. The owner is incredibly kind and welcoming — she provided us with detailed information about the city, nearby sights, and even the local fauna. The breakfast was delicious: a variety of fruits, yogurt, fresh roti, coffee, and tea. We truly enjoyed our stay.

I spent forever looking for a place in Kandy but I'm SO glad we chose here. Take my advice and just book it. We did the apartment room which was super spacious. Selyna was so kind and attentive and her property was great. Felt like staying with friends! She gave amazing recommendations that we ended up using and we had the greatest overall time in Kandy! A quick walk to town, INCREDIBLE breakfast (some of the best breakfast across the whole trip), and the cutest property. We did a TukTuk driver for the day that she helped set up and it was iconic. Took us to tea plantations and a massive tower that was an hour outside town for a great price. Couldn't speak more highly about our experience here!
The only heads up is you have to pay in cash so make sure you take out enough cash to pay at the end of your stay. I missed that in the reviews I read!

At Selyna’s we had our best stay in Sri Lanka and by far in many other countries. She made us feel at home and cared for, she is very sweet and we had nice conversations. Also her doggie Ollie makes it even better, always nice to come back after a long way out and play with him! Would recommend it to everyone.

We traveled with our little daughter, who really enjoyed it. The accommodation is cozy, with a beautiful view of the mountains in Kandy. You can enjoy this view even during breakfast, which is freshly prepared and very tasty by the owner, Selyna. It is definitely ideal for a family with children. The location is a 15-minute walk to the city. Selyna is wonderful, with a big heart and always willing to help and give advice. Our daughter especially fell in love with her dog, Oli. Thank you once again!

We loved it! Selyna was such a lovely and friendly host, we’ve felt welcomed right since the beginning. And Ollie (the dog) was soooo cute. Even tho we only stayed for one night, we enjoyed it so much. And the breakfast with the view was amazing. The property is also pretty close to the center. It only took us about 20 minutes to walk there, which was super nice. We wished, we would’ve had more time. Thanks for everything!

Lovely helpful host who even washed our clothes for us when we were stuck. Adorable dog called Ollie who is so affectionate. Surrounded by incredible views. Short tuk tuk ride to Kandy Centre Very good value for money.
Air conditioning would be a bonus but it was okay without it.

I had a great time staying at Selyna’s place. It feels like home and the view outside of the house is stunning. Selyna took care of me as a guest and I really appreciate that. She is ready to help you if you have any questions or concerns. Additionally, the breakfast she prepared is really delicious. I love everything here!

We loved everything about this stay. Selyna was absolutely lovely and a very gracious host. She was able to give us all the information and recommendations we needed on things to see and do and how to get around. The property is very stylish and peaceful with a gorgeous view. Selyna cooked us a delicious, fresh breakfast in the morning all included in the rate. The property is a 15minute downhill walk to the main area. Uber or pick me apps work easily in Kandy to get you back after your day/night out. The property is about 10-15 minute tuktuk ride to the train station.
We accidentally booked the budget room that didn't have aircon. At night it cooled down and was very pleasant (we were there in march). The other rooms have aircon and a view. But again, for the price this is a perfect stay.

Selyna is super nice host and immediately you have a feeling like at home. Very nice and comfortable rooms. It is approximately 15 min from center.
We changed 8 different accommodations during our journey in Srilanka ( all booking 9+ and price range 80 to 130 USD per family of 4 per day) so maybe we can be objective: Cleanliness of the rooms should be improved a little bit and variety of the breakfast should be better. This two things are very important for the guests and so easy to improve by the hosts. Other places was really so better in this two things?!
