Everything. Everything was so good. The place was awesome and so comfy. The location was just perfect. The view out on the balcony was dreamy especially at night. The Antique touch was perfect. The facilities were unbelievable for that price. The room was spacious and beautiful.
Nothing to dislike. The road is a bit difficult but that makes it more fun.

The property has unobstructed views on Kandy highway - just great. The room is very spacious and bright, airy balcony. Friendly and helpful staff.
The room needs renovation, however it is reflected in the current room rate.

Everything was great. Hot water, comfy bed, hot bath tub were included. View is marvelous. Worth for the price. Staff is friendly. I booked a double room but the property owner upgraded to the triple room free of charge. After the check out he gave us a lift to the town.
Little bit hard to arrive, but worth it. Definitely rent a pick me otherwise a regular tuk-tuk could overcharge. Check out time is not 11am-12.30pm as mentioned but up to 11.00am. Overall, a great holiday.

The host and his assistant (Gaya) were incredibly helpful. The room was very large, well equipped and with a big balcony with amazing views over the city. Breakfast was excellent. The host stored beer and food in the fridge for us and provided plates and cutlery for deliveries of food.

The stay was wonderful. The owner gives always good advices and wants the best for his guests. The hotel is located in the best place on a hill with a great view over the city. The rooms are big, bed is nice and bathroom also very comfortable. Breakfast really good with local fruits and vegetables. Only the way to the hotel could be a little bit tricky the first time. When i come back to kandy this is my first choice. Owner has also very good guitar skills, enjoyed it. Thanks for the stay

The view is very graceful to the balcony. Staff were friendly caring and pleasant, starting from the reception. It's highly recommended for having a nice vacation.

The views from this location were stunning which was able to be enjoyed from the rooms large balcony. The balcony was very clean and also had some nice pot plants. The room was also clean and tidy and had an a/c.
Breakfast was delicious and was also offered some sri lankan dishes to try. Also included was coffee or tea.
Would highly recommend for anyone staying in Kandy.
The location is great but it can be a little bit difficult to get a tuk tuk. I would advise checking uber/pick me to see if there is a tuk tuk in the area and if not it's not really an issue as the owner can arrange one.
