Everything !The hosts Suresh & his wife were so kind and did their best to make our stay comfortable and feels like a home away from home. Also their staff is so nice , efficient and attentive. food was so delicious. The place is so nice and we love our stay there .

Nice view in the morning time if youre not surrounded by bugs which is rare.
The property is infested with spiders, cockroaches, geckos, ants and other bugs which makes it very uncomfortable. I found a frog in the shower. The place has no privacy as the staff members are constantly in the property with you also Suresh the owner comes and goes which makes it feel very uncomfortable. Location is very bad as its very far from the city and with no asphalt road leading to the house (only dirt road). Please beware as theres a security camera inside the property that we werent informed of and found it out on our own.

nice hotel where you have the opportunity to be with the family in quiet surroundings
it is a bit remote but no problem to book a car. takes 15 min by car to kandy and there is a kiosk close by

The house is very unique and charming, views from the garden and swimming pool are beautiful. Everything looks just like the photos. The staff and host family are very friendly and helpful.
Location is a bit away from the town, but we had a car so this wasn't an issue for us.

we enjoyed our stay in your villa very much. the very friendly hospitality and the history of your family and the house impressed us very much. Your family reflects what we know from Sri Lanka - friendliness and helpfulness.
There is nothing to complain about the location, cleanliness and breakfast and look forward to our next visit.

Disappointing
Very nice owner.
Did not like the Vila, too much old decoration (on the floor and wall) that you feel like in a musium and not hotel. Beds are not comfortable. There is one staff for full time to support you but unfortunately, she do not speak any foreign language (you cannot communicate). Water pressure is always low and every time you must ask the staff to open pressure motor. Also, every time you want to go to the garden, you have to ask the staff to open the door (always locked). The worst part is that too much mosquitoes and geckos. There is only one AC and they will charge for it USD15 per day.

The house was perfect for our extended family, with three generations. A lot of space in a wonderful house. The owners and the staff were so nice and friendly. Our kids, 4 and6, had a wonderful time. The food was wonderful including everything you could wish. It was served in a beautiful environment. The view from the garden and from the pool is marvelous. This stay was the highlight of our trip. Our Host welcomed up with open arms. We felt very comfortable, welcomed and relaxed. We loved the decor, and the entire property. Would highly recommend.
