Very helpful and welcoming hosts.
The bedroom and bathroom are spacious, comfortable and simple.
The lounge and balcony area is just for guests, and is relaxing with lots of openable windows and nice views (including monkeys walking along the balcony rail at times).
I found it a very tranquil and relaxing place, which was great.
It's in a hilly area with few shops and probably no restaurants nearby. You can walk to town in about 20 minutes, or get a tuktuk for US$1 (less with Uber, but I didn't try them). That's the downside of the tranquillity, but I thought it was an ok tradeoff.

Hosts are lovely, it's a bit like staying at your granny's. Rooms are basic but good size and clean, as well as the attached bathroom. Common area is very nice and also spotless clean. Great big terrace overlooking the surrounding hills. They offer laundry service which was a big plus for us.
The location is up a steep hill which makes it pretty hard to walk up every time which we usually do mostly. The area itself is local and friendly while barking dogs at night may be a bit annoying.
Our bed was pretty short and small for a twin bed, so we hung a bit above the edges and couldn't use the provided mosquito net which we would have needed. Maybe rooms are different, so you might check this upfront if you're not both short and slim.
If you don't thise points, it's a great deal and you're definitely supporting the right people with your booking.

We stayed four nights at this lovely home stay. It’s in a great location only a short walk into the city. The views from the balcony were stunning and the whole place was extremely clean. We opted for the bigger room and it was so lovely and bright. This was my favourite place we stayed over our 3weeks in Sri Lanka, The family that own the property are so lovely and welcoming. Highly recommend?

Loved everything about this homestay, the big, clean, spacious and light rooms, the beautiful family who run it (who I was calling family by the time I left)! The location, in a lovely quiet neighbourhood where the neighbours welcome you, the views from the wraparound balcony..I could go on and on. Ajantha, her husband and her sister are the loveliest souls and I extended just to stay longer with them (and to see more of the wonderful Kandy). Highly recommend this place.

The house was so clean and big and a lot of natural light. You also have a really nice view. The location was perfect. You can walk to the city.
The host took really good care of us. They are really kind and try to help you with everything.
I really recommend to stay here.

We loved our stay with Ajantha! She and her husband made us feel so welcome and went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable and had what we needed. It was great to share some laughs together! The rooms and private bathrooms are clean and comfortable and there is hot water. Ajantha makes an amazing breakfast! The property has an amazing view and it’s also walking distance to town. I would highly recommend staying here for a comfortable, fun and lovely experience.

Ajantha and her husband were so lovely and helpful. They have a beautiful home. It’s very spacious with lots of natural light. It’s in a nice, hilly area, walking distance from the main attractions.
We were very comfortable there. We had the breakfast which was very tasty. I’d love to stay whim!
We could have used a warmer blanket.
The WiFi wasn’t that strong, but that seems normal in Sri Lanka.

The room was very comfortable and clean and had a large balcony with nice views. It was a really peaceful stay in Kandy. The hosts were lovely and welcoming and we really enjoyed talking to them. If you are looking for a nice and calm place to stay in Kandy, with hosts who will make you feel at home, I would definitely recommend this Homestay :)

The hosts are friendly and welcoming. The room was clean, and we also had the opportunity to go outside and enjoy the balcony.

The owners are super friendly and caring. The rooms are perfectly clean and the view is really beautiful. The location is good as well. Cheap tuk tuk rides but also walking distance to the city (about 15 minutes)

Very good accommodation in Kandy. Pleasant owners who are always smiling and do everything to make your stay as pleasant as possible. The room is huge and very clean. There is a beautiful view from the terrace.

Exceptionally clean and well equipped room in a nice house. beautiful terrace with mountain view and very polite and friendly hosts. Afternoon tea included. Also very hygienic, cared about covid precautions which is rare.
Google maps directions are incorrect. Follow the signs and make sure your tuktuk driver doesn't drop you somewhere else along the steep path
