Such a charming property right on the beach, felt so peaceful falling asleep to the waves, wish we stayed longer. Has all the amenities you need in a lovely quaint atmosphere. The owner was so lovely and made us a lovely very affordable breakfast. We had a tuktuk to drive around (recommend Richmond Castle nearby) but there is a line of restaurants down the end of the road and a supermarket not too far away. Would deffo come back at such an affordable price. Thank you for having us.

Room was spacious enough for couple. Located in front of sea and garden is well maintained. There is no beach but you can sit on rock barriers and have a nice experience. But sea is rough around this area.
Room #4 is having sea view once you open the window.
Room is very clean and hotwater available if you need. The owner is very friendly and you vmcan ask anything you need.
There waa only one chair inside the room and suggest to keep two chairs to make it more comfortable. Door lock seams not good. Suggeat to improve safety.

Great location by the sea, quiet, the gentleman was super friendly and accommodating
No glass on the windows, only wooden shutters so had to choose between no mosquitoes or no sunlight. Opted for the former.

The villa is in front of the sea and you can fall asleep with the sound of the waves!
Staff is incredibly kind. Rooms are spacious and clean and the garden is beautiful. Unbeatable price.

Very nice place. clean room and bathroom. hot water shower.very close to beach.specially, the host is very polite and good person.big garden area. Environment is very peaceful.you can spend your stay freely and calmly.Food is tasty. Looking forward to stay again..thanks?

Anil was a fabulous host- very helpful and attentive at all times. His cooking was lovely. Prithi ( spelt right?) was always on hand with his tuk tuk!
The room was clean and spacious with a lovely sunny balcony. 5 minute walk from shops and restaurants. Although there was no beach to speak of, Anil supplied sun beds in the lovely garden , and brought us complimentary bananas and water melon! A lovely introduction to Sri Lanka - thank you Anil you were brilliant!

This place is really an oasis of tranquility! We left this place rested and refreshed ? ready for new adventures! The place itself is everything we needed, perfectly clean, calm, very spacious and also the view from the window on the sea was a dream, we watched an amazing sunset and the garden is perfect to chill! More importantly we would like to thank the sweet people that took care of us during our short stay, we are very grateful for your welcoming and for the kindness! We would come again for sure!!
