Friendly staffs
Smelly bathroom with dead lizard, No kettle, plug point near bed doesn’t work, unclean beach, they will ask you to pay the full amount when check in.
Same breakfast for every day.

The location was superb .Friendly and helpful staff.Food was so good .The pool was clean.Rooms were air conditioned.
Rooms were a little bit old.First there was no tv but after we requested they managed to provide a tv.Wifi connection was very bad inside rooms,but it was good when in common areas.

It is cheap and there is a pool.
Way too many stray dogs wandering around in the hotel area. The staff had a hard time accepting a no when we didn’t want to buy tours and transportation. The rooms where very old

Beach front was very nice and beautiful. Location also very convenient for Kaluthara and Panadura. Owner was helpful and friendly. Staff also punctual and helpful .I will go back to stay again.

It was a wonderful day ,I got a nice sea view room, The room little bit big for one person. I got all the facilities, which are I wished. Foods were fresh and delicious,,serene garden and swimpool, Beach clean, almost private. Staff very helpful and friendly. So,I can recommend this hotel for your next holiday ???
