Staff who was in charge for life guard service had a very bad behaviour and also the facility given by them was very poor, a person who was there said us that we can’t enter the pool area without pool dress but they haven’t mention it before we book the hotel, that person didn’t care us he was only using the phone and spent his tym when we ask for tsome helps he didn’t care our words and the word he used to speak with us was very rude and bad words… hotel was good but because of the guys who was there hotels reputation is getting down, we planed to stay 2 days but because of his behaviour we canceled the planings on that day and stayed only one day I kindly inform to the manger to check this guys habbits and get a good decision other wise ur hotels name will be spoiled

I had a terrible experience with this hotel.
My boyfriend was a foreign citizen, he was utterly disgusted by this experience.
We booked this hotel because we had a friend’s wedding at the Nextdoor hotel “Anantara” at night.
After the wedding we came back to our room at Avani, around 9;30PM. We even left the wedding early because we were really tired, pretty much exhausted after 20hr flight from US and then after the wedding we wanted to rest, and get good sleep.
DJ music was going on at the highest volume anyone could think of, fine. I thought it’s supposed to shut down by 10:00PM. But no it didn’t.
I called the reception 3 different times, from 10:15PM to 11:30. Whoever answered said, yes we will reduce the volume, but they reduced the volume for like 5 seconds then again played back the DJ the same volume.
We spent $200 on a single night. The least expectation from a guest is to rest and have peaceful sleep. But No, this hotel is a joke.

This hotel was recommended by one of our customers. While the price feels slightly on the higher side, it’s definitely one of the best options in this location. The food is absolutely delicious and the overall experience is excellent. I booked a Half Board package, and both the breakfast and dinner buffets are really impressive!

Staff was really good. from the moment we came they welcomed us very well and treated us well. we felt welcomed and treated exceptionally nice. Kudos to the whole team.
Kanisha welcomed us and then staff at the restaurant was really good so does the room service staff and staff who was cleaning. Good job in hiring right people and training them well. I would recommend the staff to anyone
I’m quite particular about cleanliness, and I noticed that the bottom of the shower cubicle could be cleaned a bit more thoroughly.
I also wanted to share a small suggestion regarding the bathroom layout. The shampoo and shower gel are placed outside the shower cubicle, so stepping out during a shower makes the floor wet. Having a small rack or holder inside the shower cubicle would be very convenient and help keep the bathroom dry.
Felt buffet Varity can be improved as well. but breakfast was good.

The hotel is far below expectations and does not meet the five-star standard. It can be considered a 3-star or lower. Lizards are widespread everywhere, even inside the rooms. The hotel is crowded with very annoying residents, and their loud voices disturb the atmosphere. There is a lot of noise inside the bedrooms. Privacy is lacking, and there are people standing behind the hotel walls trying to engage in suspicious conversations. I would not recommend it at all for tourists.

We check in for our honeymoon and we really been welcome great ,the staff was attentive and great service,we get great service with dinesh housekeeping he surprise us with towel monkeys ,towel small dogs it was really nice his decoration on the bed and he was really charming and response really fast .he must be get a promo how he work .
We have some little issue with our room of the welcoming it was not on our expectations,we have pool that was not working ,we have tea cup issue,bath tub issue not clean ,but the hero dinesh was their to sort all things great..kept it up ..

Location. The staff in the main restaurant was nice.
Many facilities were not available stating off season. The form desk wasn’t very helpful. We wanted a soda as we had some stomach upset, we asked this as 11.42 PM, we’re told that the Bar is closed. The bar was supppse to close at midnight, but soda is something that should be available outside of the bar. Most of the restaurants were shut stating off season.

The Rooms were very spacious, clean, and comfortable. The check-in process was excellent, and the front desk staff were very attentive. The housekeeping and restaurant staff were very helpful. Had a nice variety of food at the breakfast buffet.

The breakfast and. Dinner had a great variety of food,especially breakfast. The pool area was clean and well kept .
The only thing we felt lacking in lift facility to the rooms. We managed to use the stairs with ease.

The breakfast was nicely presented and offered a pleasant start to the day, with a good balance of local and international options, though a bit more variety would make it even better.
The food was satisfactory but lacked variety. The seafood options, in particular, were surprisingly limited given the hotel’s coastal location.
