Staff is very friendly. They will fulfill your any request.Food was delicious too.
Keep in mind that there is no beach near by.You will have to go by a vehicle to see a beach.So don't mislead by its name. There are so many home files inside rooms which is very unpleasant. There are some dogs sleep on the doormat. Toilets are not that clean. Odder inside room.

Great spot to emerse yourself in traditional fishing village life, lovely local run buisness, great food and organised us a dophin watching trip. Amazing would definitely stay again.

Great location. Peaceful, in nature and easy to find. The room was really spacious and clean, although a little musty. I liked that there was a lot of space to put all of my things. The dinner and breakfast here were delicious. The owner and his family were super friendly. Definitely recommend staying here

A very friendly and helpful family own this place, and nothing is too much trouble for them. The location is really tranquil and the rooms are clean and comfortable.

The place is on a beautiful piece of property with a little bridge to get to the other side of the lagoon. The staff was super attentive and made sure I was comfortable and had everything I needed. The units were built by the owner over a 13 year period all quite charming. The breakfast was simple but delicious and fairly sure it was made from scratch. there are other cool places to pop into nearby as well.
some minor termite damage and don't forget to bring your bug spray!

I absolutely loved this spot. We were in the little 4-plex on the 2nd floor, we had a view of the ocean and kites right from our balcony.
The balcony is huge, tons of shade, seating and a table. The room is also bright, spacious and CLEAN. The shower works well and bathroom is large and clean. You have a huge counter top in the room, and the AC works really well.
Bed is comfy, and huge mosquito net!
The dining area is nicely set up, open air and clean. The property itself is just so tidy and comfortable. Every now and then you might see a donkey pass through.
Easy walking distance to small shops for snacks.
The family who run this place are so nice and generous. They're extremely attentive and make sure to have any needs met. Food was delicious, and you have unlimited coffee and tea available at all times!
This was the perfect soft landing we needed in Kalpityia. I highly recommend staying here!!

The food they served in the open air restaurant was very good, excelent local dishes perfecly prepared for travelers with different spice tollerance. The yard is very nice to relax or use a laptop with varius seating options.
The Beach isnt the that nice but apparently very well suited for kite surfing.

Definitely worth going!!! The owners are super helpful. We felt like at home. You can rent scooter from them in a really good money! It was so easy to move around thanks to that!!! They served us delicious breakfasts and dinners (amazing rice with seafood)! Amazing spot close to kalpitya beach for kitesurfing. Just keep in mind that in budget room you don't have a hot water :) for us budget was okay :)

It provides an excellent value for money. The meals that we had under the half-board arrangement is hefty and delicious. The beds are comfortable and the facilities are extremely worthy for the price. The staff is also very helpful and went an extramile to provide us with frequent teas, snacks and also guided us to show the path to Kandakatiya beach
