Wonderful location, pretty grounds among the palm trees, staff very friendly, we were lucky enough to have the resort pretty much to ourselves as was low season. Definitely recommend going dolphin watch if you arrive in season, it was wonderful. Property can arrange or book yourself with nearby providers on the beach.
The typical wet room situation in Sri Lanka which isn’t great, plusthenearby beach was a bit spoiled by plastic ( not their fault).a few niggles about the general upkeep of the rooms.

Wonderful beach bungalows, each with own patio and seating. Great swimming pool, cleaned daily, and lots of space in the garden. Easy walk to the beach. Staff very helpful and kind, owner drove us to Wilpattu and helped with getting tuktuk, they had no beer in the restaurant but got some in for us on request. They offer western breakfast but the Sri Lankan breakfast is a far better choice - a real feast. Don’t miss the dolphin watching if in season - it’s incredible! They can arrange at the resort.
It needed a bit of TLC/ maintenance (e.g. loose toilet seat, missing light bulb, some electric sockets not working). Not much choice in the restaurant. We thought somewhat on the more pricey side .

Been there in the low season, and it was delightful - cosy little guys, close to the ocean, with a clean, refreshing pool. Nice breakfast and friendly staff :)

Family room Bathroom water heater was out of order. With two families three babies no baby cot was available. Over charged for food. Eg: small slices of fruit platter ( water melon, papaya, banana ) Plenty available in the market for cheap prices. We were Charged Rs1500 each. They said that they didn’t receive booking.com information. Anxiety in the beginning after a long trip from the airport at late evening. No facility to move luggage to our rooms as they were away from the road. We had to carry most of it. Husband wife operation with poor service.

Really lovely cabanas a few hundred meters from the beach. The staff, particularly Jagath, went above and beyond to help with my requests ( he facilitated communication with a local diving school and helped me figure out transportation for my next destination). I also got a complimentary foot massage! The room was very clean and well kept. I would recommend a stay here.
The bathroom was a bit simple and damp compared to the room. Also there is a wind turbine quite close on the beach which can either be a soothing white noise or a bit annoying, depending on the person.

Such a short walk to the beach and the little huts, surrounded by sand, gave you that holiday vibe. Breakfast was massive, more than you can eat.
Could do with a nearby shop for snacks but that isn’t the fault of the resort.

Beautiful property and well maintained . The owners were fabulous and the staff were helpful and friendly.
We had a private bungalow which was air conditioned, clean and comfortable.
The meals were great and plentiful. We would visit again.
The nearby beach was dirty and not good for swimming. There are also wind turbines along the shore.

The staff are very nice and helpful the food was good,.great location
When it comes final settlement of the bill they charge more then the booking.com charge then we spoken to the manager and he fixed the bill in to correct amount but they charge Rs 250000 for Seafood plater and total of around Rs 400000 for dinner even a five star hotel won't charge that's much and they add service charge to the total bill including booking.com bill it's very unfair and cheating please be aware when you pay the bill in this place ...
