Most incredible stay in 7 months traveling. First, all basics more than covered: squeaky clean, comfortable mattress, great bedding, AC/hot water, gorgeous pool and grounds. But WOW the HOSPITALITY!! They went so, so far above and beyond: catering to some dietary requests, arranging transport/activities, showing us how string hoppers are made, it goes on. We felt SO welcome, SO comfortable, SO taken care of....like we were visiting royalty ? From the incredible management,.to the staff to the kitchen, just everyone, wow, thank you guys again for making our time so special.

Pool was lovely. Staff were excellent (especially Danenjaya) attentive and happy to help. We had wanted to book a snorkeling tour, but they checked and it would have been very poor visibility. Thus they didn't want to sell us an activity that wouldn't be good value. That honesty goes a long way. The restaurant is also excellent with top quality food.

My parents stayed in this beautiful hotel and they said that everything was perfect. Dinner buffet has been excellent and delicious. The Srilankan breakfast has been wonderful too. Mr. Malan and the staff have been really helpful. Thank you for the hospitality.

If you want to be close to the shops, it's nice place to be.
Mosquito net would have been nice to have ?
The pool was too hot. I only swam once. The cooling system for the pool would be very nice ✨️

All the staff members were helpful and courteous. Beautiful pool. We stayed in a cabin type room and it was very comfortable and clean. Breakfast and meals were good. They arranged rental bicycles for us and we had a great time going around the town and the surrounding villages.
Pool circulation pumps were activated only on our first day at the hotel so we didn't use it on the other days. The toilet door locking bolt is placed at the top and it is very inconvenient.

Beautiful complex with a clean pool and excellent restaurant. The Sinhala breakfast was absolutely top. The beds were very comfortable and the staff was very accommodating and friendly.

An exceptionally clean, comfortable facility with a good pool. Shout out to Chef Chaturanga and owener Mario for making our stay comfortable. Dinner and breakfast we had at the hotel restaurant was of excellent quality.
The pool, dinning are and the corridor areas are great places to sit back and relax. However, Kalpitiya is a small town with less to offer in way of sight seeing options. Access to the beach areas in North-West Kalpitiya is only through unpaved road.
