Wonderful
The property is quite and the owner Manoj with his wife are really helpful people. They helped me in getting comfortable to the new place. Also if I needed them for anything they used to respond really fast. The room is really big in size and it’s kept really clean. The kitchen is shared with other room mates in the same floor. Had a very peaceful and good trip to Villa Shanaya. Hope to come back here. Would recommend this to people with a budget and are staying for longer durations.

Exceptional
We really enjoyed staying at Villa Shanaya. The place is green, quiet and relaxing. It has been lovely to wake up to birdsong. Also we saw chipmunks and monkeys in the morning. The location is also great as it is far from the railway, so it is quiet and not far from beaches - turtle beach and Hikkaduwa beach (the one without waves) - 10 min max. The room is large, with a balcony. There is a common balcony and kitchen where you can cook if you want. They provide one big towel and soupe. If you need something else, you need to take it with you. During our staying we have not noticed any insects, the room was clean.
Everything was fine, can't say we didn't like anything.

Exceptional
The villa is located 5 minutes from the beach, inside the villa is very cozy and clean, very welcoming and friendly hosts. The room has its own bathroom and air conditioning. There are refrigerators in the hall and there is a kitchen with a gas stove. Near the villa there are cafes where they cook very tasty, and what can be especially noted from fresh products. I definitely recommend the villa for living, and if we have the opportunity to return to Hikkaduwa, we will definitely stay here.
