Had a great stay ! The property was clean , comfortable , and exactly as described . Location is very much convenient , and everything we needed to feel like home was provided and already there .Pool is clear and clean . Host , Chamara is incredibly friendly and welcoming , making our stay more wonderful .Easy to communicate with and have lots of local tips for guests . Whole family is very much friendly . Really appreciated their hospitality and would definitely stay here again !! Highly recommend property !! Truly said on his name plate - Come as guest and leave as friends ?!!

This villa and host is fantastic.
Beautiful garden with a lovely pool.
The villa had everything we needed, well equipped kitchen so we could make breakfast/lunch/dinner.
All roms is very spacious and comfortable.
We would definetly recommend this place.
That we got really wet from a heavy rain on the way home from dinner =)

We had an amazing stay at this villa, and we want to extend our heartfelt thanks to the host Chamara. He was incredibly attentive and always ready to help with anything we needed.
He even managed to organize a surprise birthday cake for the birthday girl on the same day — that was brilliant!
Every morning, he cleaned the pool and tidied up the property, ensuring everything was perfect for us. It was an unforgettable experience, and we truly appreciated his hospitality. Thank you so much!

In particular, our host Chamara made the experience at Om villa for us, the villa is beautiful, comfortable and a stones throw from restaurants, shops and the beach but Chamara tops it all off, such a friendly helpful and kind host, our children enjoyed dressing the bird bath with fresh flowers with Chamara every morning. As the sign at the entrance says, come as a guest, leave as a friend, we certainly consider Chamara a friend of ours and hope that one day we can return to Om villa.

We had such a great stay at this beautiful and clean villa. The owner, Anthony, is so sweet and easy going > he really goes above and beyond to make sure you have an awesome time.

It’s written on a board at the entrance of Om villa- “come as a guest, leave as a friend.that is so true! Anthoney the owner and our aryan is so nice!!! He took care of everything from day one till we left, he was really a friend, we even hanged out with him twice. The place is big, air conditioning only in bedroom, but he gave us good fan for living room. The pool is great, the garden is like a tropical beautiful jungle. Also big good kitchen to cook and to use if we want.
It was a bit hot, but what can we do?! Or as Anthoney said: this is nature …also I would prefer two shower rooms but we were family so it was fine

Great location, a short tuk tuk ride outside Hikkaduwa centre. Calm area, a great proximity to a supermarket, restaurants and a tranquil part of the beach!

The villa provides coziness and comfort, so you don't want to go anywhere outside of it, and when you come back you want to dive right in the pool. The villa looks especially beautiful at night when the lights come on.
I also want to note that the owner of the villa is always in touch, and can always help or somehow assist. Chamara keeps everything in excellent condition, keeps an eye on the yard and pool every day and cleaned the premises every weekend.

Wonderful
The hospitality is superb. Chamara is kind and always smiling, you may ask any kind of help and he will find a solution. Garden is beautiful and clean. Pool is perfect and also clean. It is property which is surrounded locals properties, you can see how locals live their daily lives. Grocery and beach are 5 minutes walk away.
You have to know that there are openings above the windows where mosquitoes, flies, insects and geckos can get into the rooms :) and railway is also close by. But those things are negative only if you allow yourself to be disturbed.
