I've never given anyone a review like this before. I definitely have to say something about them. I have traveled to many places in the world and in Sri Lanka, but I have never met people with such beautiful hearts. From the day we arrived at the Sri Lankan airport until we left Sri Lanka, their service was excellent.
This is their beautiful family business. But they do it from the heart and we felt good because we felt like we were at home. They are willing to help you at any time without any conditions, and they don't care about money.Actually, the room we stayed in was still beautiful and comfortable. It had everything we needed and it was a very comfortable room, And it's very clean and very tidy.
We actually booked this for seven days, but we ended up staying for four more days before moving on to the next place because of the great service they provided us and their friendliness, and we didn't want to leave them behind.
I am very grateful to all of them for making our vacation so wonderful.

Great location at Hikkaduwa. 5 minutes walk from the ocean, but in the green area, from where we were walking to jungles with peacocks, monkeys etc. We stayed on the 3rd floor with the balcony open to 4 sides. Ocean is seen. Enjoyed seeing the locals, famous trains and birds and squirrels around. The suit had everything for cooking. very good bathroom and AC . Everything was at hand and safe. The hosts are incredibly nice and proactive to any issue or question. They also have tuk-tuk to go anywhere. Highly recommend!

We really recommend this house. This is very clean. Very large. With large balconies. This is a fully furnished apartment with a wonderful view of the sea.
Also, in the evening, you can enjoy the sunset view very well. This is a wonderful place where you can really relax and have a great time. A fully equipped kitchen, a washing machine, and uninterrupted internet access were all excellent.
I actually realized after coming here that all the reviews from other guests were correct because they gave us such great service.
Although I stayed in many places in Sri Lanka during this vacation , this apartment was the best I had and my number one choice. I am very grateful to Chami and all the family, they are truly wonderful people.

we can assure you that this is the cleanest, most organized, and most creative apartment I have ever stayed in life. This is actually a very clean, very creative beautiful place to live. Also, it is important to be able to walk to the beach from this location in two minutes.
we feel that all the reviews posted here are very accurate after staying here. Their hospitality is excellent and they always treat us with a smile and are very friendly and welcoming. I have never seen such a caring and respectful hospitality before.
We have all the equipment we need to live here, and there is a fully equipped kitchen with all the equipment, so it's really great.
we booked this house for an extra six days because we didn't want to miss it.
This is a very nice family business. Chami manages all these things very well and Indika's wife cleans all the rooms. I can tell that she has excellent training for that . She does the best cleaning I've ever seen.
So don't think twice about choosing this house because I highly recommend it. You will be very lucky if you meet them.
There is a railway line nearby. But it doesn't bother us anyway It's not really something to consider. You can actually watch the train from this upper deck at night. It's a really great living experience for me.

I definitely recommend this apartment 100%. Because this is a really complete apartment, it has everything you need. I felt like I was in my own home.
Honestly, it's a great value for money apartment. I don't think our money was wasted at all because we had a wonderful vacation here. And there's a real kitchen here. You can use it all by yourself, which is really important, because eating out can be very expensive sometimes.
They also provided us with uninterrupted internet access throughout our stay, a washing machine, and everything we needed. They are truly an amazing family.
Morning is very friendly and easy to deal with. They are always willing to help you at any time. I would like to thank them for their help.

This is a unique accommodation that can be created in a very complete, clean and tidy manner. The room was always well ventilated and had a very fresh scent, which really made the body feel comfortable. And the unique thing here is that the kitchen can be designed in a very beautiful way and we can cook the food we want here. Another important thing is that this place is very secure. The people in the house are constantly checking on you. They are always downstairs so no one can enter.
And everyone in Indika's family treated us very nicely specially chami. One day I came home from a party and forgot my iPhone. It was only after we got home that my wife, while looking for my phone, realized that it was gone. We were really helpless at that time, but I called Chami. He immediately got up and came with his father, Indika. They took us to the location in their own tuktuk and found our phone for us. They are very excellent people.
I can say that the help they gave us was the greatest help I have ever received from a person in my life. I must say that they will always hold a special place in my heart. Thank you very much whole indika's famil

I spent thirty-three days in Sri Lanka. I stopped at different places, This is the best place I've ever found, there are no words to explain this.
The apartment we lived in was very clean and it was really beautiful. It had everything we needed. It is very clear that it is a safe place. This is because the houseguests are staying on the lower floor, giving you the opportunity to contact them very quickly at any time.I really need to say a word about them. They really gave us a great service. We have repeatedly confirmed that all the reviews written here are very accurate. indika and his wife also invited us for a very delicious dinner. They treated us to delicious food and drinks that day. They are really kind people.
Also, Indika took us everywhere safely in his tuktuk for a very low price. He qas very friendly host . And I would like to especially thank Chami. Because he organized everything we needed very well.They really treated us kindly and honestly. We are truly grateful for everything they have done for us and I highly recommend this fully equipped apartment.
Special thanks to Chami, he provided us with excellent service. He is a wonderful person and the most trustworthy person I have ever met.

We actually found this house by accident. We have been in Sri Lanka for about a month and a half. We have traveled to many place of Sri Lanka. But if we're honest, this is the best place we've ever stayed in sri lanka. Sadly, we were only able to spend four nights with them.
As soon as I saw this apartment with my own eyes, my heart was drawn to it. It's a really big apartment and a great location with a beautiful view of the sea. The cool air was constantly flowing and it was a lovely experience for me. I loved that experience very much. This apartment is very clean and tidy, which is a very important feature for me. This apartment has a large balcony, and it really gave me a sense of freedom. If so, there is a well-equipped kitchen with all the necessary equipment, and I believe this would be a great choice if you were looking for a long-term stay.
Talking about their staff, it is truly special. Special thanks to Chami and Indica. Chami helped us a lot and we felt that he was a very honest person. He was very easy to communicate with and he was always willing to help us. Therefore, we are both very close to their family and love them very much.

I really have no words to say about their service and kindness. This family is truly a wonderful family and they always work very closely with us.
The head of this group is Indika's son, Chami. He is a very excellent person and it was very easy for me to work and deal with him. He was constantly in touch with us and intervened to resolve any of our problems.
Chami is a very attractive young man and it must be said that he has a very kind heart and is an intelligent young man who works very hard. Because we arrived home at midnight. But he stayed up all night waiting for us and gave us a very warm welcome. They always treat us with the utmost respect. We know very well that they help us unconditionally.
Actually, that apartment we were in was a really great luxury room. It's amazing to have a private kitchen in a room that's designed in a very clean and tidy way. And we have a free zone, and it has also been designed very well.
Also, thank you very much to Indika and his wife. Indika took us in his tuktuk for a very cheap price.
I recommend that if you want to go on any trip, go only with Indika because I found it a bit risky to go with other drivers. or the money we paid them, they provided us with an excellent service, and I don't think the money was wasted at all. All things considered, I can say that it is a very reasonable amount of money. You will not be wasting it at all.
Finally, I have to say that if we come to Sri Lanka again, we hope to visit this place only.
We have no regrets about choosing this place. We really only have happy memories with them. When we left this house, we felt like we were leaving our own home.

I write the comment I want to write straight from the heart, where no one forced me to write a positive opinion.
Our whole family hope to stay in the apartment with these wonderful people throughout month. We originally booked this for three days, but we decided to stay here for the entire month of November. I consider it a very important thing that we never felt anything about our safety. Your safety can be said to be completely secure at this place.
The atmosphere that the hosts were able to create there, full of hospitality, an open heart to people's needs, care and love, could be felt every day. There was no question or matter that they couldn't help solve or organize.
They also helped us extend our visa, which was a big problem for us and they sorted it out very well for us. They constantly tried to help us meet genuine people in Sri Lanka. They provided us with the best services we needed.
Perfectly organized apartments, transport, assistance with sightseeing, shopping, and finding everything you need when in a new place. We felt fully taken care of. Everything perfectly organized and unobtrusive. The great sense of empathy and goodness flowing from this family allowed us to enjoy our vacation without even worrying about the little things.
We know for sure that if we come back to Sri Lanka, we will only go to this place and to these hosts. Therefore, if you manage to find a free date with them, we wholeheartedly recommend it and greetings from Poland.

This is the best accommodation & best host I have found so far.
I am actually doing this review with great pleasure because I met the nicest group of people I have ever met there.
They are very polite people and they make every effort to treat their guests with respect and kindness. Dealing with them is very easy and they are bound to help you unconditionally in any situation.
If I stay and talk about the apartment, it will be a really luxurious apartment. Most importantly, it is very clean and very large. A well-organized kitchen was the most important thing to me. Also behind this room is another free zone where we spend our time in most areas and relax.
Another important thing is our safety, I never felt any fear for our safety at any time here..I think that is because they are very careful about our safety.Indika's family is a very beautiful family and I am sure that they will be able to fulfill all your All needs. Although we are currently off to Arugam Bay, we hope to be back in November for a longer stay.
I highly recommend this apartment and any guest who meets them will be a lucky guests.
And thank you very much! For everything that has been done for us. We will definitely meet again.

It’s clean and tidy. The room interior and the equipment are brand new. There’s an individual kitchen inside the room. The owner is so nice and can provide the service as they can.

Perfekte Homebase away from Home! The Location is perfect, you find everything you need close around: near to mainstreet and trainstation, have some small shops around and it’s 2min. walk from beach. Nevertheless it’s an relaxing area, keep in mind you can watch and listen to the trains driving at the railway behind the house but we enjoyed this, for us it wasn’t disturbing. The room is very clean and modern, you feel if you would be the first guest, everything looks brandnew and very groomed. The view is stunning: there is the railway, Jungle and you can also watch the sea through big windows, there is hot water and especially the full equipped kitchen give you possibility to stay longer and cook by yourself. If something is missing the owner will help you or have a good talk to you anytime. We’re totally happy about the hospitality of the family and will come back here definitely to stay longer!
There is definitely nothing except of the fact that we didn’t spend enough time here :(

This is the best, cleanest, safest full on apartment-guesthouse in Southern Sri Lanka. It also has a well equipped kitchen with grocery stores nearby. I stayed in the roof top apartment with ocean and beautiful views. It rake a little effort to get up there,, however I am an older stroke survivor and if I can do it, anybody can!!
The family is an incredibly beautiful and hard working group of people. The mother always doing something to make it's guests happy, the father owns a tuck tuck severice and will take you anywhere for the best rates in town. Chamy the well educated son and front man of the band. You need anything and he will make it happen! I believe he is the kindest and most honest man I have ever met. I stayed almost a month and left as a member of the family. Mom even made me an authentic Sri Lankan dinner when I left, the best I ever had!
This place is great great for everyone, and if I had a sister or daughter traveling I would want them staying there, the family would stay up at night to make sure I returned safely.
The only thing I should mention is the train tracks are nearby, however I will take the romantic sounds of a train over the loud techno music coming from the beach nightly.
I have traveled the world several times over, and I assure you this is the place you want to be!!!
