Loved it so much I extended my stay from 3 nights to 7. Large spacious comfy bed. Clean bathrooms. Enjoyed the peaceful beautiful garden with large trees and tropical birds. Enjoyed walking barefoot in the trees. You get more than just a room also the relaxing backyard. Hosts are professional and kind. Bodhi one one of the hosts was kind and helpful with taxis and restaurants advise : for free Bodhi took me and other guests snorkeling at the reef with beautiful tropical fish. Beach is located only 3 minutes walk, yet yard was a peaceful gem. The mum prepared large delicious break fast with fresh fruits, toast, and eggs prepared as you wish. Will come back again

Exceeded expectations, so I extended my stay. Only 3 minutes walk to beach yet property is nestled in a safe nice quiet area. The yard is a lush green garden full of large trees, including birds, squirrels, and the resident owl. I enjoyed sitting on the patio or walking bare foot in the large beautiful yard which I found to be a peaceful gem. The kind hosts greeted me with a fresh cold juice upon arrival and each day offered a drink. The break fast was large delicious, included fresh fruits, toast, home made jam, eggs, and beverages. The room was spacious with a large comfy king bed. The place was very clean, and I liked the hot shower. The place was updated with newer mattresses, floors, and updated bathroom. One of the hosts "Bodhi" was very kind and made sure I and all guests had everything needed, and was helpful with taxi services. Most of all he took other guests and myself snorkeling for free at the beach and shared his snorkeling passion for the amazing fish that live at the reef. Bodhi is the best host I've encountered. Best value for money I've had traveling and plan on booking next year thanks to hosts.

Garden was lovely, bed comfortable,bathroom very clean and hot water hot. Had coathangers and bed light. Bed was comfortable. Bodhi the son was very helpful. Picked me up at theTrain station and took me snorkling and made sure i was safe in the water. The whole atmosphere was very relaxed
Cute dog, a welcoming fruit drink on arrival. Very well situated a short walk to the beach, and markets and goid eating places
Trains were quite close but after a day or so i didnt notice them. Sheets mand towels or room was not cleaned in the 5 night stay but then i didnt ask. Would have been nice too have a top sheet. Not used to not having one Air con was very cold on the 5th night i got the hang of it at 27 degrees.

Amazing experience. Badhi has unique personality. Very caring and welcoming person, always ready to help. Discovered for us snorkeling place in Hikkaduwa. Apartments are good and equipped with everything you need for nice vacation. Kitchen is good and we used it for cooking. Location is quite close to snorkeling beach (Hikkaduwa beach) and to everything you need for eating, buying, enjoying. Great experience! Definitely, we want to come back! Thank you, Badhi!

I really had a great time in this guesthouse. The owners were extremely friendly and helpful. Bodhi explained me all the plants in the very nice garden and took me two times for snorkeling. It was an unforgettable experience. I really can recommend this place.

Wow, well this was more than just a stay, this was an experience!
Bodhi and his family were so welcoming and went out of there way to make this stay the best I've had in Sri Lanka after 3 weeks.
The garden is amazing and Bodhi showed us fireflies at night and also some resident owls in the bamboos.
The breakfast was amazing with much of the fruits provided grown in the garden.
To top off the stay was Bodhi's snorkeling tour which he brought all guests on, free of charge. This was excellent and Bodhi made sure everyone was comfortable in the water and ensured we saw all the amazing fish and a few turtles.
The location is excellent, only less than 10 minutes to town centre which has numerous restaurants.
Nothing, my only regret is only staying here one night.

Fantastic location, very close to the beach in Hikkaduwa while also not being on the busy main road with a lot of a noise. The house and garden were very pretty and peaceful, and the hosts were very accommodating.

The host of this property Bodhi is the selling point, So very helpful and accommodating. Polite and very eager to show us around and give us tips. He also took us snorkeling for free.

Fantastic stay - the property was lovely, with beautiful gardens and clean rooms. We were also taken great care of by Bodhi, who was so lovely and helpful and took us snorkelling by the beach nearby and have some helpful local advice.
