The staff here were excellent. They were very helpful, friendly, and attentive. We stayed in a Villa which was cleaned every day. The breakfasts were good. We only ate in the Restaurant twice in the evening but it was very good. We loved the wildlife, the Kingfishers, Peacocks, Lapwings, Cows and the dogs. The gardens were very well tended and the pool provided welcome relief from the heat. I had a lovely massage.
It was quite a distance from the beach. Having said that, we enjoyed our walks down there, all the local people were very friendly.

The Staff(and manager) was helpful. There was an issue with the room that we booked and there was a smell of sewage permeating through the room. However, the manager moved us to a villa which was much nicer. It also seems like the place is short-staffed, however the staff was very helpful.

The surroundings were lovely and so was the layout of the property itself. The staff was friendly.
It seems rather badly maintained and unfinished and is very basic. In a 5 star hotel I expect some useful amenities and not just a bottle of shampoo and shower gel placed on the floor in the shower.
There were gecko droppings on the mosquito net above the bed. The floor needed sweeping…etc. The room was very dark and needs more lights. No TV.
There were bird droppings on the sun beds near the pool.
With better care and some adjustments it would be a lovely place to stay at.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Wirana Villa and Spa, and it was truly an unforgettable experience. Nestled in a serene and quiet spot, this beautiful place offers an oasis of tranquility and luxury.
The villa's design is absolutely stunning, with a standout Italian architectural style that is both elegant and sophisticated. Every detail has been thoughtfully curated, creating a perfect blend of modern luxury and timeless charm.
The service here is exceptional. The staff is warm, attentive, and goes above and beyond to make every guest feel special. The food is another highlight—delicious, fresh, and beautifully presented, making every meal a delight.
Wirana Villa and Spa is, without a doubt, a place I would very highly recommend.

The property is designed aesthetically pleasing but not practical
Location was too remote, the villa’s had only 2 bathrooms for a 4 bedroom, too rustic so many bugs and ants - infact my son had a horrid allergy to the bites and we couldn’t find a medical place nearby due to remoteness. Service was slow. Light was poor so at night one could barely find the location or rooms.

De huisstijl is zeer stijlvol.
Large dogs were roaming freely without leashes, approaching guests and even lying next to us while we were eating.
The staff lacked knowledge about the hotel and the kitchen, and their English skills were very poor, making communication unnecessarily difficult.
There were no parasols available—at 30 degrees, you’re left baking in the scorching sun with no shade.
Nothing about this vacation felt like wellness. The music was far too loud and not relaxing at all. All wellness facilities were extra and highly overpriced. Even basic amenities like a sauna or steam bath weren’t included.
Our room wasn’t cleaned, and there were large gaps under the door, making it easy for insects and even mice to get inside.
The shower only offered lukewarm water.
To make matters worse, we were the only guests in the entire hotel, which felt very strange and unsettling.
This was the most expensive hotel of our trip, and without a doubt, the worst experience we’ve ever had. Never again!

The architecture was really nice and the place is very relaxing
Even though the package with breakfast was been picked, we were told to select one from the menu and was not a buffet.
It’s a family room that was selected, but there was no privacy to the washroom. Looked like a room for a couple that was extended. No TV. Couldn’t find any staff at the place after 6pm.
There was a group at the hotel and was very loud. Staff should make sure as other guests also resides in the place to respect that as well.
Complimentary tea was the sachet packets kept in the room, which is very basic for any hotel

Wirdana Resport and Spa Villa is stunning with spacious villas with modern amenities with the pool area being pristine and inviting. The staff are incredibly helpful. The decor and design of the hotel is stand outs. The attention to detail and care for guests is truly commendable.
The location of the hotel was not ideal with no easy access to local transport. Fornatunately, we had a driver for entire stay otherwise would have been difficult without use of prearranged transport.
