The staff here are amazing, so friendly and helpful. We also ate dinner and breakfast here and both were delicious!! It’s a really beautiful and well kept place with a lovely garden and pool.

This was a perfect place for our family and friends to relax together after busy days in Galle area. Spacious rooms, a lovely pool, and a calm garden atmosphere made it special. The staff were kind, welcoming, and made our stay effortless. They went above and beyond on the last day to pack breakfast for us as early as 5 am in the morning!

The place was absolutely beautiful, surrounded by lush greenery and nature at its best. The apartment was amazing, with an excellent view and a wonderful ambience. Most of all, the staff and the family managing Windy Garden were incredibly kind, warm, and extremely helpful. Truly a memorable stay.
I honestly couldn’t find a single thing to dislike. Everything was perfect in every way

Pathetic Staff, Moron Owner.
No comfort, no service, they do not like to work but just sit & earn money for nothing.
Rooms are dirty n filthy, Full on mosquitoes, ac not working,
An unknown person comes up to you suddenly during breakfast in a lungi and says do not bother the staff because they don't like it. (He meant to say do not ask for anything, proper tea, food or hot & fresh stuff)
English people do not ask for anything so Indians must follow the same.
Apparatmently he has 10-20 more hotels in Sri Lanka, which did not seam from his attire & personality.
I was recording the whole conversation so I was a little scared to speak much. But am sure he will never try to teach Indians how to behave & roam. And I request everyone to boycott his property completely. It's not even worth the pay.

We really enjoyed our stay at Windy garden. Our rooms had very comfortable beds. Host and staff are very friendly and helpfull in giving advice and arranging transportation etc. The pool is amazing and clean. The food is very well prepared and nicely served. We really appreciated the atmosphere and the way this place was build and decorated.
There is'nt too much to do in the close vicinity of the hotel. But Galle fort is a short (tuk-tuk) drive away and really nice to spend (half) a day!

Since we were leaving early the next morning still they made efforts to give us a packed breakfast at 5 am.
Hot water was not available on one day along with a power cut the next day. Acceptable payment mode is only cash which is difficult to manage esp when the amount is significant. Water bottles not provided in the room and shortage of tea coffee as well in the room in spite of the electric kettle being available.

It was near the beach and close enough to walk to some local attractions. Host was nice enough.
The room was run down and in need of upkeep. The mosquito net had holes in it. The towels had a bad odor. The shower didn’t have hot water.

very nice guesthouse with friendly staff. Good value. They added a free extra bed for our 3 years old child, that was lovely. the pool is nice too and you are 10min tuktuk drive from galle and 20min from unawatuna.
