Small boutique hotel with only four rooms. Exceptional customer service and absolutely beautiful tranquil rooms. Located within the wonderful Galle Fort, across from the ramparts and the sea. The staff here were the best in Sri Lanka (which is a big call because most of the staff we met were really good) and the breakfast was superb. Would highly recommend staying at this property.

Beautiful property in a great location within the fort
When we arrived they said they served wine and beer. They gave us a wine list of about 30 different wines and all bar one had an unavailable sticker on them. Why bother? I would rather they said they don’t sell drinks.
They also don’t have a common bathroom on the property. We had requested a late checkout but as the property was full there was no bathroom for us to use to change clothes for our flight home. If we had known that we would have booked another hotel where this was possible. In the end we had to book another hotel for day use just to shower and change before our flight home.

This charming villa in the heart of Galle Fort felt like a hidden gem. The colonial architecture and tasteful decor provided a cozy yet elegant ambiance. The staff were incredibly attentive, making us feel right at home. Enjoying a delicious breakfast by the pool was the perfect start to our day exploring the fort.

Piece of Paradise within Galle Fort. One of the few places with a pool and slightly off center means quiet, unique, private and exclusive. Outstanding service and delicious breakfast! Would go back in a heartbeat!

A beautifully appointed house in a fantastic location in Galle Fort. Staff are friendly and professional.
We stayed in an upstairs room facing west over the ramparts the room was very characterful with lots of original features but updated to modern standards. The bathroom was palatial with a large freestanding tub and fantastic rainfall shower.
The small pool at the property is a nice place to cool off when you’ve had enough of the Galle heat.
Breakfast was beautifully presented and lovely choice of Sri Lankan or Western.
We only stayed for a night but wished we would have stayed for longer.
Beautiful pool however it was spoiled by the fact there were only 3 sun loungers, would be nice to have some more added even if using the area outside the pool rooms.
It would be nice to have tea and coffee making facilities in the room there was plenty space for this.
We only had two towels in the room I would have expected some hand towels for this price range maybe it was just an oversight.

The outstanding villa was matched by the exceptional crew running the hotel. They met all our needs and made us feel absolutely comfortable during our stay at this wonderful property. The team also helped with switch converters because we forgot our adapters at home. We only ate the breakfast and that was exceptional on both days, especially the Sri Lankan curries. Rooms were super spacious and clean. The property was located within walking distance of most key spots in the fort area. Would happily go back to the property.
