My room was fantastic! Loved having a quiet balcony for relaxing morning tea. The beach was an easy 10 minute walk, a great little rotti place 5 minutes away. My hosts arranged a day trip for me, made going on a safari very easy. Highly recommend Neli House.

It’s a beautiful home and very private and gated compound. The finishings of the house are beautiful. The family living down below are very nice. Our kids had so much fun playing and were welcomed into their space. the yellow room is especially very nice with a large balcony and beautiful bathroom. The kitchen was very nice to cook in and make some tea. The living room was very comfortable!

We really enjoyed our stay at Neli Guests House. Everyone was very friendly! We were even picked up from Colombo airport in the middle of the night. Thank you again for that. The accommodation is very nice, we loved the view from it Balcony, high ceilings and air conditioning. We would definitely come back.

I loved Everything! The house is so beautiful! The staff is super friendly, especially the woman i met when i arrived! She is real sunshine! The room was clean and the air co was new and didn’t make any loud noise! So far my best stay in Sri Lanka! Stayed longer than planned!

Clean and good room with private big clean bathroom and balcony. Big shared living room with well equipped kitchen. Its calm, when no train(property is near railway). Good parking.
Little describe property: there are 3 rooms(with bathrooms) on 2nd floor with shared living room and kitchen. Hosts live on 1st floor. Inside bedroom we didn't hear any sounds from 1st floor.(other rooms was empty).
Hard to set up air conditioner to not blow on your face, but it is possible.

This place exceeded our expectations and we decided to stay few nights longer than we planned. Spacious room, with bed and sofa, large bathroom (you need to figure out how to switch hot/cold water as it may be confusing at first), but the best part was it's balcony. We had breakfast and dinner there every day and once we were able to see a monkey coming very close to us. I would also like to thank the family running the house for it's incredible hospitality!

Lovely place, nice friendly staff running the guest house. Nice balcony and outside space. Close to the beach and small shops and a few nice restaurants, the fastest walking route is train tracks but be careful.

The rooms are clean and the host is kind. We had a shared kitchen with kitchen equipment and a dining area. The location is a few meters from the beach. The area is calm and relaxed; The location is safe and family-friendly. I love that dog and cat. We've enjoyed our stay.
The washroom needs some repairs. But it's not a big deal.

Spacious room, big bathroom, clean. Balcony is the best, very peaceful, overlooking surrounding gardens; family was lovely and helped to arrange a tuk tuk when I left. Definitely great for a night or two.

One of the nicest places we stayed during our trip in Sri Lanka. Rooms have a balcony, they are very clean and spaceous. Shared kitchen and fridge are available. The guesthouse is close to the mainroad. A small supermarket and a local restaurant are close by. Also some beautiful, quiet beaches. The town of Unawatuna is in a walking distance or a short Tuk Tuk ride. You can also rent a scooter in the guesthouse for a very reasonable price. Staff is friendly and always there when you need something. A 10/10 as everything was perfect!
