We decided to end our trip with a relaxing stay and this was absolutely the perfect place!
All the staff is super kind and helpful and the place is simply stunning, completely immersed in the nature even though it’s just a short Tuk Tuk ride to the main city!
We loved walking up and falling asleep with the sounds of nature!

The property is amazing, I have enjoyed the antique ornaments in the rooms and in the entrance of the hotel.
The owner of the hotel was always there and very attentive.

Indika & the team have created an amazing experience at Gingana Lodge. This has been the perfect finish to our first visit to Sri Lanka. Luxury combined with seclusion in this slice of paradise. Has been an absolute joy watching the monkeys. The lush gardens, artefacts, home furnishings & attention to all the small details, combined with the attentive service have made our stay at Gingana Lodge an unforgettable experience. Super charming property in the middle of a luscious and magical garden full of fireflies. Spacious and beautiful room full of works of art. Loved the outside bathroom and showering under the stars. Everything was perfect.

Peaceful location where you could fully relax, which you won’t get if you stay in the forte. The staff were so caring and kind. Tuk tuk to and from town easy to organise and only 700 each way.

A hidden gem in peaceful surroundings, only 6 rooms, in the jungle. Rooms were beautiful, so tastefully decorated, amazing staff who couldn’t do enough for you. Fabulous food, one of the best places I have ever stayed, truly luxurious
