Good value for money and a good sized pool.
Mini fridge in the room was dirty, no tea or coffee provided in the room, just a kettle.
They wanted payment in cash only, even though the booking had been made using my credit card, luckily we had enough LKR with us.

We are glad we found Breeze Villa. There are two separate villas - we had one - with a pool in between. The host was very accommodating. The room and bathroom were of high quality. Breakfast on the terrace was pleasant. The accommodation is tucked away in a quiet part of town but you can get tuk tuks to places like the beach. Thank you for having us.

Great quiet location in the middle of the mangroves. The territory of the hotel is closed, so you have total privacy. The swimming pool is great, the villa is spacious and clean .
We arrived and spent 10 min in front of the closed gates, trying to get someone 's attention. No bell to ring. Finally the keeper heard us and opened, saying that manager didn't tell him we are coming and he was not expecting us. Not a great welcome. The breakfast is poor and same thing every day, just an egg and some fruit.

Great value for money. Stunning villa, pool and garden. Very clean and the breakfast was great. Although it is too far to walk into town, Nishan (who was great) sorted us a tuk tuk whenever we wanted. Would highly recommend.

the location is good and the rooms are clean and good
the villa have mentioned that it’s an entire villa but there was a person roaming inside the villa it was uncomfortable kindly inform the villa to hand over the key once the guest comes and leave the place depends on the guest wish I said the person you can go if I need anything I’ll give an call he was like ok and still he was there till night

We loved our stay in Breeze Unawatuna!! This is a piece of heaven!
Our host Lasantha is very caring and attentive, we’re so happy with his service!
The villa is modern and they put efforts to keep it in a good condition. Lovely illumination on the territory, very nice balcony. We observed chipmunks, peacocks, lizards on the territory, could seat on the balcony the whole day :))
Host allowed us to use the kitchen and washing machine, which was very useful!
The way to the sea takes 5 minutes on tuktuk.
We loved the villa so much that we extended our stay here for a couple of days ?
