Very Good
The location is good. Rooms are big, and beds are big, which is very comfortable for a family. The host was very kind and was trying to help us with any questions and issues that we had.
If you are late, you will not have hot water. This is a general problem in Sri Lankan hotels where water is being warmed by the Sun. The air conditioning, refrigerator, and TV were old, but that wasn't a big problem.

We booked for a room with 2 single beds and it was confirmed... however, when we arrived, the owner just brought us to a room with 1 double bed. When we argued, she said it's not available and it was late at night. If there was no single bed room, then the booking should not be confirmed and we could have found another place that met our demand. She didn't even give any discount for not meeting our expectation - maybe thinking that we could not go anywhere else cuz it's very late night :(

Clean room with AC, comfortable beds. Location was great, a 2-3 minute walk to the beach. Good WiFi
The shower pressure was very weak. Room was dark even with the lights on. AC was working but we could not adjust the temperature.

Very nice staff, room was spacious. Located in a small alley where’s not much (they are renovating a huge hotel down the road), but a 5min wakn to the beach, small shops nearby. We ordered breakfast (was nog included), but it was really good. They also gave us a ride to our next hotel in Bentota for a fair price. Would recommend this place, good value for money.
Beds we’re ok, just not a big fan of this type of mattress (foam). It’s a short walk to the busy touristy street in Unawatuna, just not comfy to walk down the main road (especially with kids), as the busses drive like crazy.

The hotel is situated in quiet lane to the beach ~150m, the room was big if not to say too big for one person - with 1 double bed and 1 single. clean with a quiet fan, bath facilities also sufficient - they gave even shampoo, bath gel, etc. what is quite rare for the price less than $10.
Although room was rather spacious, but there was lack of furniture - only towel rack and 1 chair. I would be nice to have a table, as there was enough place for it and also they could place chairs in terrace.
