the pool and location were nice, very quite beautiful surroundings, the bedroom is nicely big and well decorated
My bed sheets were clearly not changed before my arrival, as there was blood on the sheets. They left only one toilet paper roll for a three nights stay, which is unreasonable. The overall cleaning of the whole property is terrible, human hair flying, dirty floor, etc.

My recent stay at 18 Faces Hotel was marred by unprofessional service.The staff were friendly but often required us to search for them when we needed something.The staff's handling of our requests were unprofessional way.
The environment was calm and cozy, Its really nice and echo friendly.But the room was not clean, with spider webs present. The pool was also dirty and uninviting.
The biggest letdown was the breakfast experience. Despite requesting Sri Lankan breakfast, we were served English breakfast options without any explanation or apology. When we asked about our request, the staff's response was dismissive and unprofessional answer about the owner having to attend a school meeting for her child and that’s why couldn’t provide a srilankan breakfast.That answer seems a joke. And also dining area was not clean and we spotted cockroaches.
Work on improving cleanliness and service quality, and be more mindful of guests' requests, especially when it comes to food.

This is a very beautiful property! The pool is fantastic .. especially on super hot days. Our room was very spacious and clean. The included breakfast was great (I had pancakes!) with plenty of fruit. The location was great for visiting galle fort without the price tag of staying in the fort.

good breakfast.
The bathroom was not cleaned good enough, and it was a bad smell from the shower-area. The ones who worked there was welcoming and greeted us when we came the first day, but after that it wasnt always as easy to get in contact with/find them. We then had to walk around the hotel for a little while, looking for the staff.

Room was very good and spacious and the staff was also very helpful and polite, pool was good.
We opted for omelette with fruits in breakfast and it was very good.
The location is also very accessible and 300-400 mts away from main market.
Pool could be maintained better, the room in which I stayed needs some maintainance as two floor stones are cracked.

Wonderful
Staff is nice and helpful. Delicious breakfast. Good value for the money. The free tuk tuk is really convenient. They also offer us a transport to the airport. We had a great stay as the room was good and we had a view to the pool.
