The location
Food was sub par.
No wifi as listed in booking.com
No toiletries or toilet paper as listed.
The towels and bed linen were smelly as if they were not washed.
Interrupted supply of hot water.
Pot holes in the garden. The grounds were not paved. No community area with amenities except the one in the reception. Low quality fittings in the bathroom.

A nice quiet villa situated some distance from the road.Handy for a visit to the caves.Very clean,good shower,good fan,seating area outside.Friendly,helpful,welcoming staff.
A nice stay-will visit again.
Nothing in particular.Maybe access to R.O. Water bottle would have been nice and limited eating opportunities nearby.

This is the best places to stay in dambulla. And the owner is very hospitality. The facility is well maintained and very new. The distance between the cottage room is far, so customer have fully privacy. If you looking for hotel, cottage in the dambulla area. This is the best places.
