Very Good
Breakfast was very nice, rooms were good, location quite convenient for a one or two day stay. Our on-site host was very friendly and helpful (many thanks for forwarding by mail an item that we had left in the room!)
Nothing really within a short walking distance, at least not in the evening. Rather basic facilities, possibility to share a fridge ;-)

The location is central but still in a quite site street.
The patio is nice.
The cabana was dirty, with a dead cockroach under the bed, mice feces in the corners, stains everywhere and even what looked like blood stains on the sheets. Breakfast was loveless.

Great location. Comfortable rooms with a small private terrace outside the room.
Staff werent easily accessible as they werent around a lot - this might have been because we were a last minute booking.
It would be nice to have a kettle in the room.

This place is so amazing! Calm Cabana is the right name for this spot. The yard is big, full of greenery. Host and his team were of great help. They picked us on station, welcomed us with drink and cookies, helpful advices and tips, and give us ride back to the station. It was perfect day and night in perfect accommodation, with of course great people.

Upon arrival my tuktuk driver couldn't find the place. Upon departure my taxi driver couldn't find the place. 3 rooms and that's it. No more to be said.

The most amazing, helpful and kindest hosts. The place is located a short tuktuk ride from the Cave Temple and the center of Dambulla, but still remains peaceful and quiet.

I got a great discount from booking.com and the value for money for the room, which was gorgeous and very aesthetically pleasing, was excellent.
The location is great: in a quite side lane, which is blissfully far from noisy streets, yet not too far from stores and the main road.
The young man who managed the place, Janaka, was outstanding in his jobs, consistently providing a sincere and professional service. He was considerate and attentive to any needs i had and always tried to accommodate them, even before i asked.
He treated me to excellent breakfasts, both in taste and in quantity on both days i stayed there.
