I had such a beautiful stay here- the garden was stunning and the room was lovely and clean. The family who run the property are absolutely lovely, so helpful and kind. Breakfast and the dinners I had were delicious. Would absolutely recommend!

Oh my god folks!!! seriously, I work as a tour guide and I travel all around Sri Lanka and been in almost every possible hotel in the island for a night or more but this place is exceptional. The rooms were so clean and the washroom were spotless. The host of the place was very friendly, kind and the breakfast was great. This was great value for the money I paid, I haven't visited a place that gives so much value for money than this hotel. I am hoping to come back during my dambulla visits.

This is one of the cleanest establishments I have ever stayed! The host family is extremely welcoming as well. Sayare is a great place to stay in Dambulla, near the Golden Temple and Cave Temple. I highly recommend it! For just $14usd you can get a room with A/C and breakfast.

We had a great stay at Sayare Inn! The property is beautiful, and the rooms were clean, spacious, and really comfortable. The owners were kind and helpful, always happy to give advice or answer our questions. We also had dinner and breakfast there and both were delicious. Highly recommend! Thank you! Emma & Albert

We had a wonderful stay! The environment was peaceful and relaxing. Room service was very friendly and helpful. The room and bathroom were both very clean, and the bed was extremely comfortable. We also enjoyed the breakfast provided. Highly recommended ❤️

The place has a nice and quiet garden, you can have fresh food at the place, decent prices but for tourists. In the city you will eat better and cheaper. The house is made like a hut, wood or something, not real cement walls. But is ok, you feel ok. The owners are nice, small local business. For air conditioning you need to pay extra, 2-3 dollars per day. Not the best price but decent.
During the day the room became very hot. Some improvements can be made..

Beautiful and quiet property near Dambula. Spacious very clean and comfy rooms and the best hosts! Every morning fresh and delicious breakfast is cooked, they helped us get a motorbike for the day and even drove us to the bus station on the last day. Can’t recommend enough, would definitely stay there again when in Dambulla.
