Very Good
Friendly hosts, good value. Near a lovely lake and a short walk to a pretty temple. Clean room with new floor tiles and bathroom tiles.
No nearby restaurants or food available at the hotel. From the photos I thought I might have had an option to eat there.

The tenants are very kind and so helpful. They made all they can do to get our stay very good and it was! Delicious breakfast with Sri Lankan food and fruits. It was perfect, thank you very much!!

Wonderful place. Sooo delicious food for a good price. You definitely should try it. By a lake and try goings to its island. Its a small island, great place for relaxing and so peaceful. So nice and lovely staff.

nice location outside the city next to a lake. The building has a lot of potential but needs some TLC.
I booked 2 nights with breakfast! On arrival I was told the price was 20% higher and didn’t include breakfast. It was only a few dollars, but it’s the principle! Upon checkout there was a 10% extra charge.Spoiled it for me. Seems money is the focus.

Disappointing
The price - about $8/night
Spacious room and bathroom
Although the price was very low, I expected more.
There was no hot water and I was unable to solve this issue because the hosts almost don’t speak English.
Pretty noisy due to kids living on the ground floor.
Restaurants are pretty scaring and located at least in 5-10 min by tuktuk/scooter. I came around 8 pm and could not get a dinner.

The family was very kind and attentive, the breakfast was good and we slept quite well!
The bathroom was ok for this price
The house was very run down, there was mold on the ceiling and cockroaches, the AC could not be programmed, it was either on or off. the cutlery was kind of dirty. the water in the shower was cold.
the location is really remote, wouldn’t advice!
