- close to the city - close to all attractions in the city - close to the bus stop - the hosts have their tuk tuk - good breakfasts - very good tea served at the house - peace and quiet
- the owners speak poor English which resulted in some misunderstanding

The staff was very friendly and helpful. You felt welcome since the first minute. The beds were comfy and the breakfast was tasty. Def. can recommend. The city is near by with delicious local restaurants

Very nice family and very welcoming. They did everything they could to make us feel confortable. The room is a great value for money and breakfasts were the best we had in Sri Lanka (2 different breakfast in 2 days). The location is convenient and in a quiet zone.

It was located just off the main road of Dambulla city, far enough away to escape the business but close enough to wander around the city. The cave and golden temples were about an hours walk/15 minute tuk tuk ride away. The owner was very helpful and explained how much a tuk tuk should cost there and back. The breakfast was the most delicious milkrice Ive ever had! Also some lovely ginger tea on request, free of charge. We checked out slightly late but that didnt cause any problems. A pleasant stay.

A great place to stay, run by a local couple. Quit location, good rooms, nice terrace. You get a great local breakfast and all the help you may need. A surprise and a real gem!

Perfect location off the main road. Easy access to all sites nearby. The family was very kind, welcoming and helpful. Breakfast was delicious - authentic Sri Lankan. Would definitely recommend!

Very Good
The family at this home stay like experience was fabulous. Very friendly and wanted to ensure we were happy and had everything we needed. The Sri Lankan breakfast was amazing both days!
Nothing really. I think I would describe as a great homestay. The host adults had limited English but their sons was excellent and we could communicate easily!
