Everything. Very friendly and helpful owner. Good meals and breakfast. Rooms are fine with everything that you need. Not far to the cave Temple and Golden Buddha.

The room is so big and the toilet is amazing, everything is super clean, you can go walking to dambulla caves and have some ruins in the way (8min) and the owner is really nice.

We have only good memories from our stay at Roy's place. The room is modern, clean and had very good big bed. Big bathroom with hot water, hair dryer, cattle, fan, so in the room was very comfortable. The breakfast is serving at a terrace and it was very delicious - Srilankian, but not very spicy (as we asked) and I strongly recommend home made dinner from this family - I'm already miss it :) Right in front of home there is a fantastic rock, where you can observe the city and see sunset. Roy were also very nice and helping, and took us to the bus station.
It's not a problem of our host and not a big deal, but local dogs from neighbors weren't so good at first

The host, Roe, was super nice and he alone would have made our stay to an awsome experience. He helped with every question we had, was super friendly and gave us some great Infos for our travel through Sri Lanka. I can absolutely recommend his home stay to have a great time. The room itself had everything you need. Nothing special but nothing necessary missing either.

The room in this accommodation was one of the cleanest rooms in our trip through Sri lanka. The location of the accommodation is great - only 10-15 minutes walk to cave temple. We recommend to eat dinner at this place, since it was delicious. The owner also drove us free of charge to the bus station.

Best value for money, nice clean room with teracce. Excellent breakfast. Friendly owner: we were able to leave the room later and also leave the bags till the evening. Great location: 10 min from Temple entrance and Dambulla center.
Poor dark road to the property that can be a little scary at night with dogs walking around.

Increadible owner!! I travel a lot and Roy is one of the most caring and guest-oriented person! He helped us with pick Up, drop off, waited for us with dinner!! Absolutely amazing person!! The place is also superb! Clean, tidy, spacious Room. Shower with hot water, close to temples.perfect WiFi!! Local tasty breakfast

The room was comfortable and very clean. It has AC and nice bathroom. The host was very friendly and polite, we even met the hosts kids, one of the daughters speaks such a good English, so we had fun talking to her. The breakfast was really good.

Location is very good and in the jungle area.Very calm and no disterb. Owner is very friendly and informative and courteous and genuine.
Nama of the hotel board should keep at the entrance from the main Road and indicating Kms.

We have seldom experienced such warmth and kindness as we received from Roy and his family. The breakfast was fantastic, the area perfectly located near the Cave temple and centrally located, but on an alley so extremely quiet. Roy made us a home cooked dinner which was the best dinner we had during our 3 week trip in Sri Lanka. A large mountain is located right in front of the house where monkeys and dogs live, where you can get up early and watch the sunrise before breakfast, very nice! Roy also helped arrange affordable activities the days we were there.
