The place was wonderful. It’s well located, not far from the temple, yet quiet and peaceful. The garden is beautiful. The room is very well equipped, and what stood out most was the service — the staff were kind and pleasant, and helped with everything. The pool is small but clean, with shade and cozy spots around it. The food was perfect; the chef paid attention to every detail and the breakfast was excellent. Thank you to Renu and the entire team. Highly recommended!!

Wonderful
We felt very welcome from the first moment. The owner and staff were always available and helped us with anything we needed. The rooms are suitable for Sri Lanka standards, not luxury, but good value for the price. The property has a pool and a nice backyard, and meals were adapted to our wishes. Breakfast was flexible, and we also had other meals there, some were okay and some were very good. They also organized a safari for us, which was excellent and one of the best experiences of our trip. The location is very convenient, not far from the safari park, Sigiriya rock, or the Tooth Temple and cave temples.
The interior could use some further renovation or modernization, but overall everything was fine.

It is run by a family who is very warm. The garden, pool are clean and beautiful. The breakfast items are limitless. Eggs, toast, yogurt, cheese, fruits, Sri Lankan delicacies like appam, idiyappam, Sri Lankan pancakes (Surul appam), coffee/tea, sandwiches, no end to their hospitality. Had a lovely time. Thank you

Simple and clean room. Very good breakfast. The hosts were very helpful and friendly. The pool was clean and nice for cooling off, but because there are many trees and bushes around the hotel and pool, there is little sun by the pool area, so it’s not ideal for sunbathing.

Very friendly hosts. Room was clean and spacious. They asked about our favourite breakfast foods and tried to make them all! The nicest part was that they let us stay longer in our room because we had a late flight the next day. We really appreciated all of the wonderful hospitality.

My main reason for booking this hotel was the fact that it had a swimming pool, and it did not disappoint. Not only was the pool amazing, but so were the lovely hosts and owners of the property. You can tell they take great pride in taking care of and maintaining their hotel. From the hotel grounds to the rooms, everything was well thought out, carefully and beautifully decorated. It made for a really relaxing and luxurious stay, and I looked forward to coming back to take a rest and recharge for the next day's adventures. In regards to the location, it's in the center, but away from all the noise of the main road, while still being conveniently close to restaurants, bus stops, and shops. The host helped organize a half-day trip to Sigiriya and some other cool scenic spots by private tuk tuk, the driver was friendly and insightful, highly recommend. Overall, it was an exceptional stay, and I can't praise this place enough.

More than just a beautiful hotel in a stunning location ( quite and beautiful garden) what truly makes this place special are the owners. They are incredibly kind, helpful at every step, and always ready to offer advice or assistance. It's a wonderful place to relax and unwind, with exceptional food that makes the experience even more memorable. Highly recommended!

It's more of a bnb and owners were very helpful. Family room was very large with separated toilet and shower areas plus changing area. Home cooked breakfast was nice

Breakfast was perfect and really tasty.
The room really nice and the bathroom big. The pool was beautiful and perfect after a whole day sweating.
The property is quit and the rooms are under the trees so not hot. The airco is ok.

We stayed 4 nights, the accomodation is simply and effective . Pool is nice and cold but the best part about the trip is the host . Chandi and family will bend over backwards to help and were able people to organise amazing tuk tuk drivers , safari and a Sigiriya rock experience that were second to none .
The breakfast was fantastic - I would happily pay an extra 10-20 a day if dinner was available as food in Dambulla is very hit and miss /
The bathroom is a bit simple, and the air conditioning is a bit noisy and distracting

So comfortable and clean, they really have thought of everything! Lovely pool and peaceful green oasis not far from the Main Street. The family & staff are so lovely and welcoming, we wish we could’ve stayed longer. Breakfast was plentiful and delicious, rooms clean and comfortable. We cannot fault our stay! Excellent air con & WiFi. They even kindly gave us a lift to the bus. Thank you so much!

Very welcoming hosts and good breakfast! The bathroom had water leaking from the tiles and we had to mop it after every shower... I did feel that it wasn't very clean as we had spider nets everywhere.
