My main reason for booking this hotel was the fact that it had a swimming pool, and it did not disappoint. Not only was the pool amazing, but so were the lovely hosts and owners of the property. You can tell they take great pride in taking care of and maintaining their hotel. From the hotel grounds to the rooms, everything was well thought out, carefully and beautifully decorated. It made for a really relaxing and luxurious stay, and I looked forward to coming back to take a rest and recharge for the next day's adventures. In regards to the location, it's in the center, but away from all the noise of the main road, while still being conveniently close to restaurants, bus stops, and shops. The host helped organize a half-day trip to Sigiriya and some other cool scenic spots by private tuk tuk, the driver was friendly and insightful, highly recommend. Overall, it was an exceptional stay, and I can't praise this place enough.

More than just a beautiful hotel in a stunning location ( quite and beautiful garden) what truly makes this place special are the owners. They are incredibly kind, helpful at every step, and always ready to offer advice or assistance. It's a wonderful place to relax and unwind, with exceptional food that makes the experience even more memorable. Highly recommended!

It's more of a bnb and owners were very helpful. Family room was very large with separated toilet and shower areas plus changing area. Home cooked breakfast was nice
Air conditioning was slow. Place is not exactly a hotel - the pool is very small, kitchen is rudimentary.

Breakfast was perfect and really tasty.
The room really nice and the bathroom big. The pool was beautiful and perfect after a whole day sweating.
The property is quit and the rooms are under the trees so not hot. The airco is ok.

We stayed 4 nights, the accomodation is simply and effective . Pool is nice and cold but the best part about the trip is the host . Chandi and family will bend over backwards to help and were able people to organise amazing tuk tuk drivers , safari and a Sigiriya rock experience that were second to none .
The breakfast was fantastic - I would happily pay an extra 10-20 a day if dinner was available as food in Dambulla is very hit and miss /
The bathroom is a bit simple, and the air conditioning is a bit noisy and distracting

The pool and garden area was fantastic, very quiet and peaceful. The staff were very friendly and the manager was very, very helpful, was able to speak very good English which helped a lot, Breakfast was also very nice.

So comfortable and clean, they really have thought of everything! Lovely pool and peaceful green oasis not far from the Main Street. The family & staff are so lovely and welcoming, we wish we could’ve stayed longer. Breakfast was plentiful and delicious, rooms clean and comfortable. We cannot fault our stay! Excellent air con & WiFi. They even kindly gave us a lift to the bus. Thank you so much!

Very welcoming hosts and good breakfast! The bathroom had water leaking from the tiles and we had to mop it after every shower... I did feel that it wasn't very clean as we had spider nets everywhere.

Spend here great time! It is wonderful, quite garden away from the main road and noice. The host was very friendly and helping who gave a lift to some touristic spots, arranged taxi to another city and arranged safari tour. The room was clean and tidy. The nature is facinating. Highly recommended!

Family friendly place. Loved the place, good value for the money and good breakfast. The owner took us to show few places without any charge and found us a good tuk tuk driver for our sightseeing. Nice family. Will come again.
