Total hotel was a mess. From the check in to check up they tried to control us. Didnt get the room that we booked. They gave us a different room with less facilities. Lots of mosquitoes around. Hot water sower is not working properly. Beds are not comfortable. Attitudes of the manager and staff is very poor. Having lots of communication issues.Staff has entered to the room without informing us and taken stuffs from the room. Swimming pool was not maintained properly. . I dont recommend this hotel for any stays anymore as had to face lots of troubles.
Hote manager always tried to serve poor service to local guests . And having bad attitudes. No staff to clean up the room and to provide room stuffs for the stay of second day.

We were out of season but there was no atmosphere just felt very empty, there was a really strong smell of cinnamon or herbs in the room. We didnt have breakfast.

Fridge in the room was awesome. Made a big difference if you're on a budget. Great pool, great balcony, was able to travel to Lion Rock and Mineriya quite easily. Super friendly hosts who also gave us a surprising lift to the bus station when we left. Highly recommended

We recently had the pleasure of staying at Freedom Village, and our experience was nothing short of exceptional. Not only did they greet us with a genuine smile, but they also surprised us with a complimentary ride to the cave temple, which was a highlight of our trip. On top of that, they graciously dropped us off at the bus station at the end of our stay, all free of charge. This level of personalized service truly exceeded our expectations and made us feel like valued guests. One of the standout features of our stay at Freedom Village was the delicious breakfast offered each morning. The variety and quality of food provided were impressive, catering to various tastes and dietary preferences. It was the perfect way to start our day before exploring the beautiful surroundings.
