The best hotel we had at Sri Lanka. Amazing and very helpful hosts. The room was very clean and spacious. There was also a small kitchen with a sink and fridge. A hair dryer was available in the room.
The hotel is located in the center of Dambulla. Very close to shops.

The best guesthouse I have EVER stayed in and therefore deserves a lot of compliments. Well- equipped - almost everything you needed has been thought of by the host. It came with a touch of class and luxury too. Felt like at least a 4 to 5-star room. The room was spacious. The room was separate from the main bungalow and was therefore very private. The location was also excellent - near the main streets with shops and yet off it so that it was very quiet. Well done Rock Arch!

Room is big, clean and well-equipped. Mosquito net is useful and appears quite new. Hot shower.
Host is very hospitable, preparing a sumptuous breakfast early in the morning, including a packed breakfast for my day trip.
Host also helped to arrange a good quality A/C car with driver for a day trip, at reasonable price.
Location is great, just 1km walk or tuktuk from the main bus station.
Overall great place and would recommend.
Only 1 minor thing: Host recommended me to go Sambole restaurant which was a ripoff for foreigners. Suggest host to recommend nearby Benthota Bake House or similar.

The owner that welcomed us was wonderful, she found out I was pregnant and insisted on making me special Sri Lankan curry that is given to pregnant women and the breakfast that was provided was out of this world. The best we had in Sri Lanka actually. The family were lovely and were able to offer advice about the local area and even provide taxi services at a reasonable cost. The room was clean and quiet with no complaints.

The room was very clean with all facilities listed earlier. Small fridge, hot water kettle, kitchenette, cutlery, etc. We had a garden facing room on the ground floor. The staff was very friendly and served all requests. This place is very close to the city center which has many restaurants and shops and most of the things walking distance.

Our host was incredibly friendly and helpful. She arranged a safari tour for us, and offered to help us find drivers and other services as needed. She helped us with laundry while we were there, and gave us delicious mangos from the tree on her property!
Bugs kept getting into the bathroom of the room. They never came into the bedroom, and the room had a very good mosquito net on the bed as well, but the screen on the window wasn't small enough to keep bugs out. Wifi signal wasn't always great in the room.
