The hotel is in.the forest, far from everything with a lake nearby. It is calm and relaxing, we got a great experience there. Unfortunatly the rain prevented us to enjoy thr swimming pool as we wanted. The staff is really nice and helpfull. The food was fair, the breakfast was excellent
The bed is not confortable, not hard enough, painfull for the back.

Great little oasis in the jungle. Staff is very helpful and accommodating. Had wonderful dinner out on the lawn, was worried about bugs, but was good, loved hearing the sounds of the jungle around us.
The distance from Sigiriya rock is a bit far and the road to the hotel turns to a single dirt road. Did like the entrance has a gate that is closed at night. Our room was great, only negative thing is the bathroom roof allows you to hear the noises from the shared room next door. The bedroom this was not an issue.

The Service personal was very friendly and helpful. the rooms are clean and well maintained. The staff was always paying attention. I can highly recommend this hotel to other guests. The lovely place is located completely in the nature, with a beautiful lake behind.
Wifi Connection at the Room was slow and sometimes not working. WiFi at the lobby was perfect.

The location is off the busy roads and you are almost in the middle of the jungle. Beautiful place with a great garden and pool. Service was excellent and super friendly staff. You can go here with small kids. You need a driver or own car though. But since they offer bfast, lunch&dinner you can just stay there. Really good- I totally recommend this place.

Need to fix communication method from room to front office or restaurant, no any at least intercom service, NO WIFI at all, NO tea/coffee in side the room They charging 3% for final bill, if we paid by card Google Location update need to re-set Garden need to be very clean and improve Landscaping end of Lake border.
