the location of the property
- The staff is not very welcoming - The apartments was not clean - we find cockroaches all over the place dead and alive - we did put the cleaning sign but they did not clean - When we checked in, they did not inform us of the hotel's door closing policy, and when we returned (not late around 7:30 pm) we were surprised that the doors were closed.. We did not know that the parking door was open! - we have 3 apartments foe 13 gusts and we have just one card for each apartment

For the money I expected a smart TV. Also could be provided with more glasses and kitchen utensils. 3 Bedroom suit with only 2 glasses does make much sense.

The pool side area is good and the rooms were clean
The rooms windows dont open and theres no balcony. So basically no fresh air. Almost the entire property is non smoking. The staff is poorly trained- very slow service and rude. They took almost an hour for the check in formalities. And kept asking for balance money to be paid right at the check in time when they had already charged 50% on the card and the rest is generally paid at check out as per normally hotel policies. The next day they harrowed by calling thrice in the room to make the payment while our check out was the next day and when we went down after some time to do so, the staff available there had no clue and the previous staff shift was over. They made us stand there and help us sort the bill and receipt copies for almost 45 mins when we had to go to the new year party. At the end, we didnt get a bill copy/ just a receipt of the amount charged. Said they would send it to the room the next day but didnt do so. Some lifts in the building werent working so had long queues. One room of the apartment we were assigned had a single room when we clearly need double rooms- they just put an extra roll away bed there after insisting but the room size was tiny so basically that room had no space to walk around. Overall, very disappointing service.
