I had a wonderful stay at Supun Arcade Residency! The location is great and very convenient. The staff were kind and friendly, and the manager was especially helpful and professional — he really made my stay comfortable. Everything was clean and well managed. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it! ?

Let me tell you short and sweet: the stay wouldn't be valuable for the amount you spend?. Especially for local customers, the receptionist treats them like thieves and they have to pay an additional LKR 30k as a deposit, apart from the apartment price. The 30k is refundable, but we haven't seen any other hotels or apartments charge an advance of this much. First and last impressions were not good, and the smell and view were very bad and didn't look the same as how they posted here. Have to cut the points.??

The location was super convenient, close to shops and restaurants. The apartment was really spacious and comfy with three bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a kitchen. The rooftop restaurant and pool were a big bonus—our kids loved swimming and the food was great!
The Wi-Fi was painfully slow—couldn’t even load YouTube. The shared toilet wasn’t clean, and our kids wouldn’t use it, but the master bathroom was fine.

We enjoyed our stay at Supun arcade. The staff were courteous. Apartments were very spacious and ideal for a family. The breakfast was good.
The only thing which I didn't like was the kitchenateries provided was not enough for cooking the meal.

Everything was perfect. Housekeeping was up to standard. Dylan and Prakas make us feel like we were home they always welcome us with a big smile. We will be back next year with the kids. Hopefully will still see the same face

The property is at the main road, so easy access to move around , mosque n shopping places all walkable distance. The staff were good and helpful. The apartment has a kitchen , living and room and specious
The pool was closed for maintenance and it took 3 days for dem to open it up after soo many complaints, breakfast needs a major improvement. The room balcony sliding door lock was not working, so it felt a little unsafe , anybody from the side could jump inn.
