Great Location, close to every key place in Colombo. Apartment was clean and equipped well for a small family. Good pool, gym etc
Needs few small improvements to make it work for a family of 5 - sofa bed for example.

I like apartment
Almost every thing is very good, but only having difficulty is by entering we should make a ring to reception, it is very nice if we could get enterence card

The flat was well kept. The host was humble and decent. Well I would recommend this place.
Please keep some cooking pans.. the ones there were little old.

The facilities were brilliant for the family - lovely pool, games room & gym.
It was fine & comfortable but quite limited supply of equipment esp in the kitchen - not enough plates or cutlery etc.

There were no coffee tea sugar or milk. Usually apartments in Europe provide these and basic cooking ingredients salt pepper and oil.

The hotel facilities are really fantastic and it’s a very convenient location. The kitchen was well set up for a long stay and very clean.
There were not enough provisions for towels. Only one towel each. No hand towel or spare kitchen towels. There is a pool onsite with no towel provided for its use. One of the beds did not have a blanket

Great apartment, AC an both rooms and living room, comfortable kitchen, great swimming pool, the owner is very helpful, near by Pizza hut and KFC, and also the ccc mall with Cinema, bowling, and food court

Strategic location, very close to most of the touristic spots. Supermarkets and restaurants within 5-10 mins and they have a convince store within the building also. The apartment is very clean, and the host is very responsive. They provide all the amenities, and fairly new unit and maintained well. Everything was good and we had a good stay and for sure we will choose this place again on our next visit.

The Host was extremely welcoming and quite direct in communication. The location was in the heart of Colombo, so everything was close by. There was even a supermarket on the property. The apartment complex has all the facilities, including a pool, though I haven't used it. All in all, it was a wonderful stay and ideal for a longer stay.
