Peaceful and quiet location, yet a stone's throwaway from the sea and all central locations.
Wifi in the room is very erratic, weak and inconsistent.

We enjoyed the location of the hotel being close to the beach on one side and the main city on the other side. It was highly convenient. The breakfast buffet was delicious, and the staff were willing to accommodate ones specific preferences. The staff were personable and helpful.
The wet washroom makes things uncomfortable. There was a sewage smell coming from the washroom. Also service from some staff were slow and required multiple reminders. One thing that should be noted: we were not informed beforehand by the hotel or booking.com that construction was to be occurring at the hotel during working hours. It was extremely noisy during the day.

The rooms are spacious. Location is decent, near to the ocean but far from the city center. Room Service is quick.

They not Accept the USD, they (Ask) accept only LKR (Sri Lankan Rupee.) but while booking time you not mentioned LKR, you mentioned only INR & USD. so I would like to request you (Booking .com) ask them to what you mentioned INR & USD to accept by hotel.
Breakfast is average for Indian foods. no Dhosa , No idly, nothing.
